It might not be very actiony but watching sunny burn away as all the memories come flying in and then merry talking was pretty epic in my book

1- in Alabasta. the fight between Usopp and the other agents where he said that no one can laugh at his friend's dream.
2- when Zoro took the hit for Luffy from Kuma and took all of his pain and then he just stood there.
3- when Oyaji died - ugh I'm not going to talk about it, It's so sad

When the Strawhat's gathered on top of the building at Enies Lobby, and made Robin want to live as Usopp burned the WG flag and they declared outright war on the WG was pretty damn epic to me.
