(he often hides his wings so as to feign a human nature when he isn't in need of his powers as half monster. he also uses this ability so that others can't tell who he is, since he is only recognizable as the titles thrown on him when his wings are out)

Bio: Many years ago he was born of a tengu woman that had been raped by a human man. The woman, who loved her son with all her heart, despite the nature of his birth, raised him with love and tenderness, making sure to train him to be a kind and understanding person.
As he grew up, he saw how evil and corrupt the people around him were, monster, demon, and human alike, and he couldn't understand why they just couldn't get along. After he grew older and kept seeing the same things, he decided that he would find a way to make sure everyone was happy and lived peacefully together, even if he had to get his hands dirty doing it. Though he was much more sensible to actually try resolving those kinds of matters with his words with all his might before resorting to such things as violence. Even so, he made sure to train himself on how to fight in case such incidents occurred that he would need to fight, which to his dismay happened more often than he had hoped.
As he grew up with these intentions of his, which he openly shared with his mother since he was still a child and a complete momma's boy, she just watched him with a feeling of pride in him, and she was glad that he was growing up to be such a noble boy. However, she couldn't last forever, and she eventually passed away. He was about 20 years old at the time with the mentality and maturity of about a 12-year-old. Obviously it was a huge chip on him since he relied greatly on her, but it also became another reason for him to fight for his image of peace, which made her a sort of martyr for his dream. He fought for this dream every day for her, because he knew that that was what she would have wanted and it would've made her happy. It was also all he grew to know how to do, and became his whole life.
He was branded the protector of the forest by the humans for the factor that whenever anyone tried to bring the forest any bodily harm, he would always step in because it would cause an imbalance in his dream of peace. The monsters and demons, however, call him the Accursed Protector of Peace.

Height : Maiya is very short, about 4'3
Weight : Maiya is very light, maybe about 110 lb.
Bio : Maiya, born as a wolf Spirit, didn't know who her parents were and where she was born. She lived a life as a lonely mercenary, killing for humans until she found that boring and slaughtered all of the humans she worked for. Maiya hates the humans as well as some other creatures like fairies, cats, etc. because of their cuteness that she is jealous of. She wandered around the Earth, burning down places and ruining lives like she likes to do. She stopped here, in the forest and decided to have a little fun with the creatures there until she had almost lost her body to a warrior from another village. She was able to escape quickly because of another someone that saved her, a third party whom took her soul out and placed it into another dead body. A "soul transfer" as they all it. But because of that, he now controlled Maiya and erased all her memories of ever being in another body. This "third party" sends her out to do massacre missions, sometimes often letting her do whatever she wants. But when Maiya had caught wind of what this "Third party" had been doing, she felt the good in her to try and resign herself from him.
But what she doesn't remember is . . .
Maiya was born of Royal descent. There were not many Demon Wolf Spirits out there and Maiya was the strongest. Her family and her ruled over a village that was prospering and she had two younger siblings, two older siblings, a happy mother and a happy father. They all had a good life and her siblings and her would always fight for good and never evil. The family ruled over with a strong firm hold in the village. There were a few troubles, but they didn't mind, they would always fix it as a family-----together.
More and more troubles sprouted in the village concerning bodies that lie on the floor with no souls attached to them. The Royal family was stuck. It seemed that someone was trying to get to them. It started with a few from the lower class, some from the aristocratic class and then it struck to the upper class and people who lived in the palace. They were horrified. The sudden attacks increased and increased and so the family was forced to flee, arranging a date and a village to lay low in. Because they were Demon Wolf Spirits, their soul could easily be extracted and the village did not want that. As a result, Maiya, who was brave and couldn't stand for it, decided that she would put a stop to it.
As she was wandering the forest during the night, she came upon the culprit who had extracted souls. Maiya had seen him extract the soul of a poor young servant from the castle and she was horrified for that servant was the one who had naked her cakes during birthdays. The man also noticed her and it seemed that everything was going accoarding to his plan. He threatened Maiya by telling her that the family would be next unless she signed a contract with him as a servant. It was do or die time and for the sake of her family, as she believed, she formed a contract with him, binding her soul to the man.
Weird things continued to go about the village. Now more and more corpses were found each day but the family was never harmed. Maiya soon started acting strangely and the binding contract soon took its toll when the family was to leave the day after. That night, being controlled, she slaughtered the entire village even with her family. Maiya was almost killed by her father, the warrior who had damaged her body, but he was quickly killed as well as Maiya whom the third party saved. Seeing the body being so roughed up, the man transferred her over to another body whom he could take control of her with.

Bio : Ruicha was born into the shrine maiden lineage, having the duty to protect the village and its elder and as a child, was given many responsibilities that she couldn't handle on her own. As a child, she would always cry and cry and would complain because other kids her age would be playing around or going shopping rather than studying medicine or polishing jewels for the elder. But then, one night, while she lay crying near the river, she met Mori and with both of them as good friends, he helped her through the burden of being what she is. Ruicha has always had a crush on Mori, after him helping her and treating her like a little sister and a true friend, although she knows its never going to happen since she was human and he was a creature that could live forever. Knowing that, she hopes that she could become someone that he could never forget as she supports him with all her strength. Knowing that, she worked hard for him and became the top-notch shrine maiden that everyone expected of her. Ruicha had done it all for Mori. Will he remember her now?
She continued to grow older from the day she became that maiden and her love for Mori grew stronger and stronger by the day. He would always injure himself and so she would always be there to heal him. That was their new established relationship from the one they had before as little brother and little sister. They were now nurse and patient. They would sometimes play around together, but it seems that Ruicha has seemed to become even more selfish rather than patient. She now wanted him all to herself, can you imagine how she feels when she sees him carrying a demon one day in his arms who seemed to be more prettier than Ruicha seemed to be? What will happen?

Bio : Hirisha and Hiriko are one of the villages spies whom keep it safe indirectly. They usually are out on missions though that are far off from the village, some like information gathering, some assassinations. They hardly stay in the city for so long. They are very good friends with Mori, someone whom they both respect since they are also in the business of fighting away evil. Both Hirisha and Hiriko were born in a different town and because that town was burned down by some unknown criminal, they moved to the village where they were accepted as guards by the village elder. They both are very strong-willed fighters whom like to lay traps before fighting indirectly and you will never see them apart. No matter where they are, no matter where they go, they are always, always, always together.
Both always get into fights about who is better at what. If you are ever put in a journey with them, you would notice because they would always start a fight everyday. Whenever both Hirisha and Hiriko take down an enemy, they usually fight over who strikes first and who strikes last. Either way, when they fight, they are always in tune and are always together. Hirisha favors a lot of weapons, but her favorite is a large blade that is much taller in she is. You will usually see it bandaged and will usually strapped behind Hirisha. She is the type to never rely on just one weapon though, she might have some shuriken or some small blades hidden under her sleeves. Hirisha is a very strength based fighter. She doesn't believe in cowardice or running away or even dodging. She believes that you have to fight head on with respect and take all the blows that they give you even if it really hurts.
Hiriko, on the other hand, is the stealthy speed-will-overwhelm -you type of fighter who has never allowed an enemy to get a scratch on him. As a child, he was always afraid of being bruised unlike his sister and so based his fighting style on speed and agility. His strength is not as close as Hirisha's is based on direct fighting, but you could call him the master of traps and all the sorts. As a weapon, he has many swords strapped around his waist to help with all his attacks. His favorite attack that he loves to use is "Whirlwind" when he uses all his speed to circle the enemy and create a tornado where he slashes them with all the swords in hand.
Both now live in the village and put their burned village past behind them to live in the future. They hope to live peacefully and now are because of where they live. Having good friends like Mori and Ruicha as well as the village elder as a friend, they both wish to live in this village and protect with with all their might. They both would even risk their lives for it if they have to. They would both die, give their lives for the sake of the peace they live in.

Bio : Fuji's past is very mysterious. Nobody knows of his childhood or who he was. He is well known in Japan as the "Black Demon" whom destroyed cities and haunted individuals. Nobody knows how he came to be that way or why. There is a rumor that he is that way for a certain woman he as captive. They say he's doing all the evil deeds for his love for this captive woman. Fuji's special technique is one that involves Soul Transfer and Soul Capturing. He has acquired many captive souls at this time that people say his castle over in the far east is littered with puppets that are at his disposal. . . nobody dares to go verify that statement in fear of themselves being used as well. He lives with his younger sister Roku who adores him to pieces as well as a bunch of warriors who he orders around to look for more bodies to capture for his unknown cause.
Fuji, like his puppets, is a very strong magic-wielder. He has mastered all of the dark arts that are in his disposal and is so filled to the brim of magic that his hair flies above his head. His aura is dark and malicious and his eyes are a fierce yellow, one that could cut you open with one intimidating glare. Strapped to his back is a sword forged by the strongest blacksmith that there was. That sword was called the : Akuhei, meaning "evil" in Japanese. He never uses it unless his magic fails him, and that sword as well keeps a malicious aura that no other dares try to fight against.
Besides a mansion, servants, and one hell of a strong weapon, he also has many ties to villages and people that he controls with bargains. Who knows, maybe the person you know now could be working for him, or maybe even controlled by him. By Fuji's unknown cause, he has accumulated a large amount of popularity and power that no one could match. He has a lot of ways to get rid of someone without going by himself to do it. He plays with people's desires so that his desires are fulfilled themselves. Fuji is the most despicable person that you could ever meet.

Appearance Age: about 65
Actual Age: 75
Height: 5'6"
Weight: 125 lbs
Bio: His father had been the previous village elder before him, and his father before him, so Bozu grew up with the villages best interests at heart, and grew to know all the goals and needs of the village. He also grew up being a friend of Mori, learning all about how important Mori was to the peace of the village, which was what he strived for. Bozu admired Mori, and got so close to him that these days he generally always knows whenever Mori enters the village.
He had a wife, but she died giving birth to Bozu's first and oldest son. This son grew up to marry a fine wife who bore him two sons, however their second son wasn't right in the head, and had been found after murdering his parents and nearly killing his older brother. The boy is now being held in some other village where they are trying to re-educate him to be a gentler boy.
Later on a pair of dog demons entered the village in search of refuge after their own village got burned down, and he invited them with open arms. When they asked him for a job to pay for the hospitality he gave them, he told them they could be his bodyguards if they wanted, but in reality he felt as if he had his late son and daughter back. He always showed much liking and affection towards them, and he quite enjoyed their company, often teasing that they seem more like an old married couple than a pair of twins whenever they start to bicker at each other or any other things they do for each other.

Bio : Roku is obviously Fuji's younger sister who was good before, working as a priestess in a neighboring village. She healed the sick and she would do her best to protect everyone. But, there was always one person in her heart that she treasured and would do anything for: and that was her brother. She loved him from the smallest hair on his head to the top of his toes. Roku would do anything for him, and even though she knew how despicable he was, she never stopped giving her undying attention and love and care for that man. Roku also knew that he would be taking advantage of her, but she doesn't care. As long as she was with her brother and as long as he was able to get everything that he desires.
One day, she discovered that he had found someone that he treasured just as much as she treasured him. As a younger sister, Roku envied, but supported her and prayed each and every night that he would be happy forever. It soon was discovered though that she had died for some mysterious reason and she took a day off from her work as the main shrine maiden and undertook a difficult journey to visit her brother's mansion. It was there as it was when she came back. Of course, it was wrapped in traps of every kind and as a specialist of illusions and trances, she was able to get through them all. Roku found her older brother brooding over a dead body and she couldn't help but pity the sight.
During that time, she stayed, contacting her village and saying that she will be back after her brother has been taken care of for his one most precious had passed, Because Roku was the kindest and the most loving of the village, of course they gave her a day off but said to come home soon for they would miss her too much. She was happy that they loved her and knew that they could take care of themselves. She hoped that the children and the elderly would be fine and so she tended to her brother with the utmost care and responsibility of a big sister.
She stayed with him and found out more that what he had sent her. Capturing souls, making puppets, everything of sort. Roku was a little scared, but she loved him unconditionally. After being asked that question, of course she complied with just the answer of her doing anything she asks. The despicable man had also asked her to stay with him and she complied with an affirmative answer. Her villagers back home would understand, she could visit, she knew she would find a way. But when she was briefed of what she had to do when she would, she was scared. Roku would have to use her powers to capture puppets. Her love for her brother was strong, and she had a choice to take it or leave it. . . . Roku took it.
She stayed there, but was homesick after capturing a few souls and enlisting a few more servants. Fuji, realizing this, issued and order for her to destroy the villagers that were causing her so much grief and pain. Roku denied it instantly, and she had to make another choice. It was either destroy them or leave him there and go back. Roku couldn't bear to part with him and so she did as told.
The village was soon destroyed and everyone she healed and cared for. . dead. After that experience, she knew that caused her such an emotion to deny her brother, she decided that she become a cold warrior that only showed her warmth to the one that she loved. Roku soon became who she is now and she never changed or went back to her past ever again.
