This one covers from the moment Merry Go touches water to it picking them up by the bridge. Let me start by asking if anyone liked the Davy Johns contest arc or whatever it was called? Seriously Mr Oda, I could have done without that. I also didn't care for Water 7. Nothing really bad about it, it was just a set up. Enis Lobby however was one of my favorites.(competing with the other 2 government strongholds Luffy broke into) I'm very interested to hear what everyone thought of those fights.

I found the Davy Back Fights to be a refreshing humor for the show.

And I enjoyed water 7, I didn't think that there was anything wrong with it.

Enies Lobby was alright, I felt that some of the fights were a bit drawn out. Though the handcuff ordeal was funny to read.

I don't think there's anything really wrong with Water 7, just not really anything great. I did think the fight between Luffy and Usoop was interesting and lead to Sogeking which was highly entertaining. Luffy and Chopper are idiots. I'm mostly into the fights although I do like the lighter scenes. Just not as much and not for a long time. As for the fights I think they had some good ones. Luffy vs Lucci was one of the best fights in the series if you ask me. I also like Jabra the wolf. I thought all the fights were a good idea. It was a way to show the the weak weren't so weak anymore ant the strong were stronger. They still needed to hold Zoro back to keep it from being one sided. As for Davy Back, I don't think it would have been so bad if something came out of it but nothing. No new crewmate, no treasure, no new info, just a filler in my mind.

I loved Soge King. Luffy and Chopper being dense and gulable made him all the more enjoyable. Everyone's like " What is Usopp doing?" While Luffy and Chopper basically worship him. lol.

It was a bit of humor before a more dramatic arc in my opinion.

I think they made Aokiji way more laid back in the anime than he was in the manga.

Here is my review of the Ciphor Pol Saga, a sage I find I can enjoy alot, but do unfortunately have some problems.

First off, the Davy Fight Arc was funny and hilarious, a great way to tone down from the drama of Skypiea and not only that but also introduces a variet of characters from the quirky pirate captain Foxy to the lazy as hell Marine Admiral Aokiji. I found this as a good introduction into the saga!
Rating: 7/10

Next off is the Water 7 Arc, in my opinion, one of the best arcs in One Piece! It has everything you want in One Piece but more! The comedy is great, the new characters are great, the drama is great, and the inevitable CP9 villians are great!! Favorites have to be when Luffy fought Usopp, the raid on the Franky House, and the reveal of CP9's role and Franky's backstory. It was just fantastic but it only gets epicer as we reach the next arc!
Rating: 9.5/10

The Enies Lobby Arc is an arc that most would find either epic or just too long and while I can see both sides, this still was a pretty damn good arc. The fights, while a little bit too long, were engaging and epic, the tearjerckers are emotional and can tug at your heartstrings in a second, and Robin's past was something of a moment, not only for me but I think for everyone. The only negetives I have is the overwhelming sensation of too much from the epic Rob Lucci vs Luffy fight and while I can say it was a great experience reading and watching this part,...yeah. It was waaaaaay too long. But still, this was a pretty good mixed arc, it may have some negatives, but the positives are more than enough for me to get through it.
Rating: 8.5/10

Finally, we come to the Post Enies Arc, an arc that is leading up to the ultimate Part 1 saga, the Paramount War or "The War of the Best". My personal thoughts are that while this arc does calm us down after the overwhelming sensation that was the Enies Lobby arc, it slows us down a little too much. However, its not necessarily bad, I just couldn't grasp onto it much. Then again, the parts with Garp and Luffy made me laugh alot and the resolution with both Franky and Usopp were good. It was all around a solid end to the saga.
Rating: 6.5/10

Final Thoughts: While the Enies Lobby Saga had some of my favorite moments and my favorite arcs, the problems do kinda bog it down when compared to other sagas like the Whitebeard Saga and Baroque Works Saga. However, I still enjoyed it, even for its problems. It had great characters and villians, hilarious comedy, great drama, and fun and epic style action. While it does get too intense or boring at some parts, the pros are still greater than the cons. Check it out and see why I think of this as one of the many great Sagas in the series!!!

Final Rating for Enies Lobby Saga: 7.5/10 or 75%

Thank you for reading this!! This was my first time as a new member to the guild so hope ya like!!
