For anything you have to say about Lougetown or the journey over the mountain. For example some might ask how Buggy and Alvida teamed up so I would say it happens in a sub story told at the beginnings of several chapters. Just a single shot story each week before reading the real story. As for my own question how does Dragon make it rain? Does he use an illegal substance we hear about later or is it some extension of his Haki?

I believe its greatly assumed that Devil Fruit gives him the ability to make it rain. Like a storm storm fruit or something.

Being an extension of a Haki seems off since making it rain doesn't fit with any of the known Haki categories.

I find the Loguetown arc to be interesting. I liked the anime filler of Usopp and Daddy the Father, because it showed Yasopp thinking about his son.

I believe its greatly assumed that Devil Fruit gives him the ability to make it rain. Like a storm storm fruit or something.

Being an extension of a Haki seems off since making it rain doesn't fit with any of the known Haki categories.

I find the Loguetown arc to be interesting. I liked the anime filler of Usopp and Daddy the Father, because it showed Yasopp thinking about his son.

I was thinking something to do with emperor, how the wave of energy pushes away from the person, but the more thought I put into it the less likely it seems. I don't think it's a devils fruit though. It seems an odd power though it could be useful. If Dragon is a df user I hope he has a cooler power. I think dance powder makes the most sense.

I think that will be when Luffy goes up against Akainu. If so that's going to be an awesome arc. Probably the second to last.
