If you intend on joining the guild once more when we have re-opened the guild, then please post here, if you have any questions about how the guild will change, and how we intend on keeping the guild open this time, please post your questions and/or concerns here also.
With the pole, I will open Konohagakure and then the one with the most votes first, then I will slowly open more villages based on the number of votes they get.

Okay, so I plan on starting the guild out with only two villages open until we get more activity, the two villages will be at war with one another, and they will likely be driving the entire plot. I considered starting with only one village open, however I decided that doesn't give people enough choices. Anyway, Konoha will be one of the villages, then I just need the second, we will also have a new plot that will revolve around a massive war between nations.
I'll open a pole as well, but what should the second nation be, keep in mind that this nation will become rather large and will be at war with Konoha.
Kirigakure
Sunagakure
Iwagakure
Kumogakure
Amegakure
Kusagakure
Otogakure
My personal choices are either Kirigakure or Otogakure...Like I said, I will set up a pole in this forum for it, but please also voice your opinions below.*I merely quoted some of our most active members, so please don't be offended if I forgot a few names. -^_^-

I really don't mind, but if I had to choose, it would be between Otogakure, Amegakure, or Kirigakure.
Also, I do intend on joining the guild, possibly making a character that has a key role in the story if that's ok.

Also, nobody is playing anything higher than Genin. Everybody is starting with a Genin character

I agree with Heilos-san, there should be the kage and maybe one jounin for every team of genin to make it functional but you should put the "start as a gennin" rule in this time Neko-sama.
Also you know I'm naturally going for Oto~

I agree with the Genin comment, I'm going to have a set amount of auto-ranks per village, also, should I set up a chakra system and jutsu learning system or not?

Yes I will help you with the systems. But also, the kage can be an NPC. Neko you run Konoha, and I will NPC Kage for Oto. We can do this my fried. But now we need to find at least six people for both villages.

Hm, I honestly would prefer Kirigakure, but whichever you prefer mate. I agree with the Genin, however I believe there should be two Jounin per village, just to have squads set up. Also Vincent, they can't be NPC's, cause you two will be playing them. They just won't be YOUR characters, but pre-mades you use. One issue you will face is, if you wish to have Genin you must be in the opposite village, if you're the Otogake, you must have a genin in Konoha, opposite can be said for Neko. That way you aren't metagaming two characters that will meet each other.

We'll decide the Kage thing at a later date after the guild is ready to be opened. Also, the popular vote seems to be with Otogakure, so the two villages that we will begin with will be Otogakure and Konohagakure. Then we will open Kirigakure followed by Amegakure. Depending on guild activity, I may open up another vote to decide if it will be Kiri or Ame when we cross that bridge, but at this point it just seems like Kiri would aid the plot better.

Also, for those of you that I have yet to have told, the guild is going to move. This is a guild that I have already begun to set up systems for, so it will just be simpler.
