Gaia name: SoraNyguen Character Name: Jubilation Lee Codename: Jubilee//Wondra Alignment: ???
Powers
Energy Plasmoids:: Jubilee possesses the mutant ability to generate what she calls her "fireworks:" energy globules that varied in degrees of power and intensity. The globules obeyed her mental control, traveling where she directed them, arranging themselves in balls, streamers, and other shapes, and exploding when she wished. These combinations could result in anything from a multitude of colorful sparkles capable of temporarily blinding a person to a fairly powerful detonation, capable of smashing tree trunks or metal objects. Jubilee could absorb the fireworks back into her own body without harm. According to Emma Frost, she had the potential to detonate matter at a sub-atomic level.
Psionic Shields: Jubilee's mind possessed a natural defense against telepathic detection or attack. These psionic shields rendered her mind "slippery" and invisible to telepathic beings unless they knew precisely what to mentally scan for.
Ability Expert Acrobat: She is an Olympic class athlete, gymnast, acrobat and aerialist capable of numerous complex maneuvers and feats. Jubilee was qualified for the Olympic Games before her parents were murdered.
Expert Martial Artist: Jubilee possessed moderate expertise of the martial arts of ninjutsu and jujitsu. Jubilee demonstrated great knowledge of ninja methods of combat during her training by Wolverine.
Equipment
Wizard Tech: Although she regained her superhuman powers herself, she still have some of the tech used by the technologically advanced villain known as The Wizard. xxxxxxx- Superhuman Strength: Jubilee possesses a variation of the Wizard's Wonder Gloves. The micro-circuits lining the gauntlets are designed to use gravitational waves for the purpose of increasing her strength. While wearing the gloves, Jubilee possesses a degree of superhuman strength sufficient to lift a train locomotive. xxxxxxx- Force Field: The gloves are capable of generating a powerful electromagnetic force field around her. While within this field, Jubilee is highly resistant to physical injury. The field has proven able to withstand high caliber bullets, powerful impact forces, temperature extremes, and energy blasts without sustaining injury. xxxxxxx- Superhuman Durability: Jubile costume grants her a high degree of resistance to physical injury. It is highly impervious to damage, able to resist explosions equivalent to 1 ton of TNT, the impact of small anti-tank weaponry, and temperature extremes between -50˚ and 1,000˚ F without cracking or melting. It is acid resistant and removable. xxxxxxx- Flight: Jubilee has some of the Wizard's anti-gravity technology built into her current costume. She can propel herself through the air at great speeds, though the limits aren't fully known. She is able to reach speeds, however, of at least Mach 5 and still breathe comfortably. xxxxxxx- Superhuman Speed: Although not as fast as she would be in flight, Jubilee is able to run at 100 miles per hr with her suit. xxxxxxx- Ghost Mode: Jubilee's costume also has what she refers to as a "ghost mode". This ghost mode renders Jubilee intangible in a way similar to Shadowcat. In this mode, Jubilee literally becomes untouchable and can pass through any known substance. This function was used for emergency escapes.

Bio
"There's something different in all of us, and nothing-- not a spell, big gloves, nothing-- can change that or take it away. We're all still mutants."
Origin Jubilation "Jubilee" Lee, the daughter of two prosperous Chinese immigrants, was born and raised in Beverly Hills, California, where she lived a charmed life. Jubilee attended an exclusive Beverly Hills school and was believed to have the gymnastic potential to participate in the Olympic Games. All in one fateful weekend, her parents lost their money in the stock market and were mistaken for their neighbors (also named the Lees) and killed by two hit-men, while Jubilee was out with a friend of the family.
Jubilee was sent to an orphanage, but ran away and hid in a Hollywood shopping mall, stealing food to survive. Jubilee first discovered her mutant power, to generate blinding and explosive energy "fireworks", while running away from mall security. The stress of running away from the security guards caused Jubilee to emit a large light energy blast while in a back alley. This completely disoriented the men and allowed the frightened young girl to escape. Upon learning about her mutant ability to create fireworks, Jubilee realized she could earn money by using her powers to entertain customers in the mall.
Frustrated with the young girl's rebellious nature and powerful light-shows, the mall security hired mutant hunters, known as the M-Squad, to capture her. Jubilee held her own by blasting the M-Squad's energy tractor beams, but she was eventually caught. Lucky for her, Jubilee was rescued by the X-Men Dazzler, Psylocke, Rogue, and Storm, who happened to be shopping at the mall. Curious about these strange women, she followed them for a while and later jumped into a portal after them.
Australian Base On the other side of the portal, Jubilee found herself at the X-Men's temporary base in the Australian outback. Jubilee stayed hidden and, while living in the underground base, the mutant known as Gateway was the only person aware of Jubilee's existence. During her stay in the base, Jubilee stowed away in Dazzler's quarters and found an immediate kinship, in the extent of Alison Blaire's wardrobe. Jubilee stole food and borrowed clothes from several of the X-Men to create a makeshift costume for herself. Jubilee was present when Nanny and Orphan-Maker ambushed the X-Men at their base, but simply hid while the battle ensued. Once while the X-Men were out, Jubilee was harassed and hounded by a Reaver guard dog that was left at the base. Jubilee stayed in hiding until the X-Men had abandoned the base, and their enemies the Reavers had captured Wolverine and taken over the base.
While sneaking around the caverns in the outback base, Jubilee was startled to find Wolverine hung up on a cross and near death. Jubilee helped Wolverine get down from the cross, and nurtured him back to health. Afterward, she teamed with Wolverine on several of his missions throughout the world. During this time she held her own against The Hand and blew up a section of the Mandarin's castle with her powers while being held prisoner there with Wolverine and Psylocke.
X-Men After hearing of mutants being attacked on the island nation of Genosha, the trio make their way there. They meet Boom Boom and Rictor, who had lost their powers. Leaving Jubilee to guard the depowered mutants, Wolverine and Psylocke attempt to invade the Genoshan Magistrate headquarters, but are captured. The three young mutants escape capture, and help the other X-Men defeat Cameron Hodge. Upon returning to the United States, Jubilee joins Storm, Wolverine, Forge, Psylocke, Banshee and Gambit as a member of the X-Men. Although she accompanies them on many of their missions, they remain wary of placing her in harm's way because of her young age. When Wolverine is kidnapped by The Hand, Jubilee argues that she should be allowed to help (as she had previously fought and defeated The Hand), and finds an unlikely ally in Psylocke. After run-ins with the Skrulls, the Brood, Omega Red and Mojo Jubilee is finally made to stay at the mansion by the X-Men, but was not permitted on missions anymore due to her age.
Once Professor X is cured he regains the use of his legs for a short time, and Jubilee takes him roller blading to cheer him up. After spending some time bonding with him she realizes that he isn't the stuffy old man she took him for, and they grow closer. After his legs begin to weaken, Jubilee helps him back into his wheelchair, realizing that just being there to help means more to him than anything she could say. Some time later Jubilee accompanies Wolverine to their old base in Australia. Their arrival sets off a dormant Sentinel, whose attack interacts with Gateways portal and sends Jubilee back in time to her parents' house just before they were killed. Certain she could save them from dying in the car crash, she is convincing them not to go when the doorbell rings. At the door stand two armed hit men, Reno and Molokai, who take her parents away at gunpoint. Learning for the first time that that their car accident had been faked, and that they had in fact been murdered, Jubilee swears revenge. Upon returning to the present she tracks the two hit men down, with Logan backing her up the entire time. But once she has her parents' killers at her mercy, she finds that she just can't bring herself to kill them, a revelation that pleases Logan.
Back at the mansion Jubilee becomes close friends with Colossus's little sister Illyana Rasputin. When Illyana is diagnosed with the Legacy Virus, Jubilee spends all of her time at Illyana’s bedside. When Kitty Pryde arrives Jubilee is jealous of her at first, because she was Wolverines first sidekick, but the two soon form a friendship. Despite all their attempts the X-Men are unable to save Illyana. Jubilee takes her death extremely hard, almost as bad as Colossus. Several weeks later she has another loss to deal with. After Magneto violently removes the Adamantium from Wolverine's skeleton, he decides to leave the X-Men, fearing that he is a liability to them. Knowing how much this will affect Jubilee, he writes her a touching goodbye letter, and leaves his favorite cowboy hat for her. A short time later, Sabertooth is brought to the mansion by Professor X and held in captivity there. Jubilee is terrified of him, and has nightmares of him killing the X-Men and leaving her for last. Attempting to get over her fears she begins to bring food to Sabretooth, who taunts the poor girl mercilessly. One night her nightmares almost come true when the mansion's security system goes down and Sabretooth escapes from his cell. He hunts the X-Men throughout the mansion, but in the end it is Jubilee who takes him down with a neuralizer pistol.
With the other X-Men busy, Banshee is the only person to notice that Jubilee is having trouble coping with Wolverine's absence, as well as all that has happened to her since he left. When the Phalanx assimilates most of the X-Men, Jubilee and Banshee are forced to team up with Sabretooth and the White Queen, Emma Frost (who has recently awakened from a coma in the mansion's medical facility), to escape from them. This unusual group works together to gather all the young mutants listed by Professor X as future allies.

Exiles Soon Jubilee found herself "unhinged in time" and transported to the Panoptichron located in the nexus of all realities. There she was conscripted along with other alternate reality X-Men by the enigmatic Timebroker. The Timebroker explained to the team that their realities had been destabilized by damage done to the multiverse and that each of their fates had been altered in tragic ways as a result of this damage. For Jubilee, her fate changed so that on her twenty-first birthday she would be a host for an extraterrestrial power along with four others and bring peace to mankind. However this soon changes when the five drops to three and the three hosts battle each other for power, almost erasing mankind in existence. In order to avoid this fate, these gathered mutants were sent to different realities to right different wrongs that would ultimately repair the damage to their own realities. This group of reality jumping heroes eventually came to call themselves the Exiles.
Though this, Jubilee and the others would help the X-Men stop an insane Jean Grey who had become the Dark Phoenix in one world; Help Alpha Flight of Earth-901237 contain the Hulk before taking a break on Earth-6955 before another series of missions.
Blink would lead Jubilee and the Exiles through Earth-2318 (A world where the Savage Land spanned two continents), Earth-20318 (where they acted as body guards for President Tony Stark), Earth-23018 (A world where everyone was mutated by gamma rays), Earth-39102 (the world of the Antelope Men), Earth-32081 (hope of the Spider-Demon), Earth-971023 (populated by X-Babies), and stopping a bank robbery on Earth-9212 and being granted yet another vacation. They would next settle on Earth-5692, a world conquered by the Skrulls who had enslaved the people of Earth and forced it's super powered population to fight in a gladiator arena. Only Blink and Morph would avoid capture, and they would work with this realities Reed Richards to free their friends, however the Skrulls would flee upon the arrival of the planet devourer Galactus. Jubilee and her comrades would rally the super-hero population into battling Galactus and eventually defeat him, although at the loss of her teammate Thunderbird, who would be replaced by Sasquatch of Earth-3470.
Though many of their adventures, many of their comrades died along the way. One of which was Sunfire whom had interest with Jubilee. Despite the fact that Morph would blame Mimic for Sunfire's death and the constant friction between Jubilee and Magik, Blink would bring the group together when it mattered most. By this time Weapon X was being controlled by the evil Hyperion of Earth-4023 who was derailing the group to try to find a world to rule. Finding two teams no longer viable, the Timebroker would pit the two teams together on Earth-4400 to cull their ranks to one team. Blink, the Exiles and the defecting Gambit would work together to seemingly slay Hyperion. By the battles end only Blink, Jubilee, Morph, Mimic, Nocturne, and Sasquatch would remain.
Unknown to the group, Hyperion would survive and break free, enslaving insectoids dubbed the Timebreakers (the beings that were really manipulating the Exiles after they damaged the multiverse) and began forcing them to meddle in the Exiles missions. Travelling to Earth-616, the Exiles would have to deal with their new teammate Namora from Earth-2189 who would bring them into conflict with this realities Fantastic Four and Sub-Mariner before learning that they would have to leave their teammate Nocturne behind and have her replaced with X-Man Beak, an addition that the Exiles would find nearly useless. On Earth-14845 they would clash with an insane Impossible Man to which nearly killed Jubilee.
On the next world, Blink would be forced to face her past when they are transported to Earth-2600 where Blink would have to own up to what David Richards made her do. When Blink would learn that their mission would be to kill Mimic, she would refuse and Hyperion (acting through the Timebroker construct) would transfer leadership over to Sabretooth, however the Exiles would still refuse to slay their comrade, forcing the "Timebroker" to send them on. Much to their surprise, they would be transported back to Blink and Sabretooth's native Earth-295 which was recently restored to existence, and they would be forced to admit a new member to their group, Holocaust -- also of Blink and Sabretooth's world. This would lead to a brief clash with Blink's old allies the X-Men and their leader Magneto before the team would refuse to work for the Timebroker any longer and use the M'Kraan Crystal to try and stop him.
Ultimately, the Exiles would end up in the Panoptichron (later referred to as the "Crystal Palace") and learn the true nature of their mission. They would battle Hyperion, leading to the deaths of Holocaust and Namora, and Mimic being seriously injured. It would not be until Beak would pull the Hyperion's of Earth-712 and Earth-5764 to defeat the evil Hyperion and trap him on his native Earth-4023. With Hyperion's threat ended the Exiles would agree to continue to operate but using the Crystal Palaces resources to their full effect.

House of M Jubilee examines her origin story before the Exiles attempt to return her to her home reality, only to find that something or someone has changed all of it.hile most aspects of Earth-616 seem to have been dramatically improved, new problems have arisen, including humans being treated as second class citizens, and Beak's wife, Angel not having a clue who he is. Worst of all, the life-force draining serial killer known as Mutant X is at large, and has set his sights on the Exiles.
Distrought over the fact that her team don't exist and Wolverine doesn't remember her, Jubilee falls under depression while the Exiles try to figure out what to do next. Wihle Sabretooth and Mimic go toe to toe, Jubilee notices Wolverine in the crowd and chases after him. But before she could talk to him, Angel abducts her and flies off.
Before the Exiles can follow, a nearby human stops them and convinces them to meet with her in a less public place.
At her apartment, Angel, who is now possessed by Proteus, threatens Jubilee with death unless she spills all she knows about her friends. Jubilee doesn't understand or believe that Angel is possessed until she stumbles upon Gambit's rotting carcass.
In the nearby shelter of St. Patrick's Cathedral, the human reveals herself to be Moira MacTaggert, the most wanted human on the planet for investigating a cure to the mutant gene. She explains that her son Kevin is Mutant X, the most wanted Mutant on the planet for serial killing. She knew to warn the Exiles about chasing after Angel when she noticed that the Tallus was radiating an energy very similar to her son. Mid-origin story, Sentinels burst in, attempting to capture Moira, slaughtering innocent humans in the process. The Exiles successfully stop them, and Moira fires up her tracking device so they can all face her son together.
Proteus accesses the Crystal Palace's databases, and gains information about a select amount of alternate realities before he's cut off. Finding the Exiles' fears and exploiting them, Mimic falls hardest when he's confronted with his fear that Blink may not love him anymore now that his flesh looks like ground beef.
Moira shoots Kevin while he's in Angel's body, causing him to leave her before he's used her up completely due to the metal bullet lodged in her shoulder. He starts to try to inhabit her body next, but she shoots herself in the head, taking her body out of the picture. Blink attacks Kevin while he's bodiless, and he retaliates by trying to take her body, only to be stopped by Mimic with Colossus' metal form engaged.
Mimic is momentarily distracted just before killing Proteus, and as a result, Kevin is able to transform him back into flesh and take Calvin's body as his next host. Sabretooth attacks to no avail, and he and Morph are hurt before Blink blinks them away. Rather than face them any longer, Proteus (in Mimic's body) warps himself into another reality, leaving the Exiles to recover.
Sensing another warp happening to Earth-616, Heather pulls the Exiles (with the exception of Beak) back to the Crystal Palace before the warp can affect them, out of the Exiles that made it out, Jubilee was the only one that lost her power. Unable to help the team any longer, she was sent back to her world.

Wondra When Sally Floyd was trying to get in touch with the X-Men regarding the sudden depowering of most of the mutants, Jubilee did what she could to help, but since she was no longer a mutant she could not go back to the Xavier Institute. Jubilee relocated to Queens, New York, apparently operating a safe house for depowered mutants. She allowed Wolverine to visit Agent Zero, but the facility soon came under attack by Omega Red. During her stay in New York, she joined a group known as the Marauders, a group that was made for people who were former mutants. One of their heists was to steal a 20 billion dollar plan from the King Pin. While in the midst of this heist, Jubilee stole one of the Wizard's prototype suits.
With this suit at hand, Jubilee soon left the Marauders and joined the New Warriors under the guise of Wondra. As Wondra, Jubilee had superhuman strength (derived from a power suit) capable of lifting a freight train over her head. As a member of the New Warriors, Jubilee acted as Nighthrasher's second-in-command and was responsible for training the team. Jubilee had a tougher exterior than years past, likely due to her responsibilities of training the team, as well as losing her powers and almost being killed at the hands of Omega Red.
After the New Warriors disbanded, Jubilee made her way to the the West Coast again, and more specifically to San Francisco, where the X-Men moved following the destruction of the Xavier Institute. Jubilee it seems has remained in contact with many of the new generation students, and met with a group of them at Fisherman's Wharf. The younger kids updated Jubilee on the status of the new island of Utopia, which now acts like a new home for the remaining mutants on Earth. When asked to return to Utopia with them however, Jubilee decided against going to an island of mutants, when she was no longer one. However, she had a letter delivered from Wolverine saying simply "Wish you were here."

Things Never Change Jubilee called Wolverine to New York because the depowered mutant clinic that she runs has been attacked on a few occasions. Depowered mutants were ending up dead or missing and she needed Logan's help in solving these crimes. Jubilee herself was attacked by the unnamed assailants, she survived, but they got away. X-23 seemed to be jealous of the relationship between Logan and Jubilee.
Wolverine and Jubilee went on a rescue mission to free kidnapped former mutants. A group of non-mutants were going to use them as an example, locking them up in cages. After fighting thugs outside, Jubilee and Wolverine made their way inside where they take-down another group of criminals. The cops arrive with no word on who freed the former mutants, but they have a clear understanding on the situation. Jubilee and Wolverine watch the gang being arrested atop a roof nearby, where they talk about their history together.
Reality Stars The Warriors seemed to reunite again, or lapse into a period of activity and inactivity. The full extent of their actions were unknown, but they were been spotted many times fighting major crises that hit New York City. They were on-hand to fight the hordes of HYDRA who attacked the city under Baron Strucker's command, and several of the team (Nova, Namorita, Justice and Firestar) were mind-controlled and used as soldiers by the Purple Man during the ten days he held the city hostage. They were forced to fight the Thunderbolts in a failed attempt to keep the reformed villains from saving the city.
However, Night Thrasher reunited the team to fight a crime wave of super-villains who'd moved to small-town America, out of the view of the hero community. His finances had been hit hard, so he made a deal with a production company {the mrvl network - WTNH, channel 8} to film the team's car trip and market it as a reality TV show. This didn't sit well with the rest of the team, especially Jubilee who detested to be seen something as of a circus animal on TV. Night Thrasher also brought a new member onto the team without explaining the real reason for his presence to the other Warriors. It turned out that the new member, Microbe, was an orphan that Night Thrasher had legally adopted. Another member, Debrii, was added to the team by network executives to add conflict for the reality TV show.
Stamford and The Beginning of the Civil War The New Warriors performed a videotaped raid of a house in Stamford, Connecticut, where the Cobalt Man, Speedfreek, Coldheart and Nitro were living after having escaped in the Ryker's Island Incident. The New Warriors attacked each member, with Namorita (the Sub-Mariner's cousin) going after Nitro. Slamming him into a school bus, Namorita continued to taunt him until Nitro let off a massive explosion. This explosion apparently killed Namorita, Night Thrasher, Microbe, and the supervillains he was with during the raid, along with sixty children at the nearby elementary school and the surrounding neighborhood in the town where the fight took place. Jubilee was seemingly killed during the explosion...
