Becka smiled, "Oh good!, i never know what to do with the silly things but Nightling, well she's big for her color and likes to catch them" she beamed. She knew Berath would be pleased to see her anyway but she liked to give the Green treats, having Berath happy could only make Bereck happier.
"I'll be back later Bereck" she smiled broadly before going to move away to fetch the tunnelsnake and head on down to Berath.
"Hey Berath, i got you another Tunnelsnake, third one this week!, Nightling is either getting better or they're breeding faster" she chuckled, holding the treat up for the chunky Green. She loved Berath a lot and not just because she was Bereck's Dragon but because she was such a lovely Green, willing to please and well .. she was just nice.

Bereck nodded to his apprentice, still smiling a little. "Go on then, see you later on." Once she had vanished he turned his attention back to the pile of firelizards in his lap, somehow feeling a little better about the world than he had ten minutes ago. He really was fond of that girl.
Outside Berath crooned a bass greeting and lowered her head to take the tasty morsel. she rumbled, If Berath knew why Becka had been avoiding her bondmate she had long since forgotten; all she knew was that Becka was not avoiding him anymore, and he was happy. In the end, what else mattered?
