"Hmm, my mother says they're not exactly dead people. She says I should think of them as like, people who were born as spirits, who help dead people spirits get to where they should go. And they help out living people too, if they like them and are offered gifts in trade! I don't know much about them, but I know my mother says they are nice, and that I get my powers from them, so they must be cool and helpful." Jaiden nodded sagely, leaning in closer to Altair and finishing in a whisper, "Because I have the coolest of all powers hehe."

Altair blinked a few times, then slowly nodded. "Ohh... Okay... I think I understand." She shrugged a little. "Well hey if you dunno what they even do how do you know you have the coolest powers of all of the powers?"

Jaiden laughed, glancing around before leaning towards Altair to whisper zer reply, "Well, you see... now isn't the time to ruin that mystery, now is it?" Ze leaned back, stretching zerself out. "Maybe once I learn what you can do~" Ze singsonged, looking very curious.
