Caring and kind to her friends.Tends to be a loner at times. Powers/skills: She's a water bender. Amelia is a great marksmanship with the bow and arrow in both forms. ☼ Blunt - He hates wasting words or time so if something needs to be said he will say it, regardless of how it sounds.
☼ Calm - He is never seen as ruffled, and prefers to keep his emotions in check. He was taught to have a calm and clear mind even under pressure. While this makes him a very good person to have in a fight, it makes him quite awkward when it comes to the times when emotion is needed.
☼ Sarcastic - If someone annoys him, he makes bitingly sarcastic remarks either about that person, or to that person, before he becomes angry enough to draw his swords or magic.
☼ Protective - He may not make friends easily, but he does protect those who he sees as needing it. He sees it as a duty, one that he learned along with his skills.
☼ Socially awkward - with his training taking up almost all of his time, he never learned how to interact with people properly. Thus he will make comments or observations that are not needed, or seen as insensitive or nasty. And he has no idea that what he just said was seen in such a light. Add to the fact that he sees a simple hug or hand-shake as an attack ( and he has a tendency to break bones of those who come at him in such a fashion) and it is better for him to avoid large groups of people.Likes:

He was trained from the point where he could lift a practice sword, and continued for as long as he has been alive. His parents, from what little interaction he had with them, encouraged his training, even going as far as to add training of his magical abilities. These developed when he turned ten, and he applied himself to mastering his magic with the same determination that he had to sword-play. In other words he never had time to really work on people-skills or make friends. ☼ Hyper - well, more like over-active. He rarely sits still for long, his mind is constantly wandering, and his emotions tend to fly away with him

✦ Unneeded violencePowers:He was given to Master Tai to train when he was very young, and has mastered much of what was taught to him. Then again Master Tai spent alot of that time trying to get the young dragon to concentrate on the lessons, usually involving swatting at him with live steel. Miyan is very good at blocking because of this, but is decent with a sword. He fares better with bare-handed combat, as he is more of a close-ranged fighter. Though he also has the tendency to blast his opponents with magic once he is close enough to do so. Speaking of his magic his is based on the four natural elements of Air, Earth, Fire, and Water.
The other power is the ability to shift into a dragon.Bio:Growing up with Master Tai as a father figure was not much of a childhood, but he still found ways to drive said master up the wall on more than one occasion. Seiryuu, when he entered Master Tai's tutelage took one look at the boy and tried to keep his distance from the crazed thing. Not that it worked. Miyan had never had an elder brother, and decided that Seiryuu would be his. And then proceeded to follow the elder around, when he had time to do so. Seiryuu, for his part, tolerated the new shadow, and even went as far as to show him around to a few places he knew. -Caring - Being a gentle person by nature he really prefers to avoid fighting. He can match most with his magic, but it takes a great deal to make him angry enough to want to hurt someone, let alone kill. And so far none have done so...he's injured a few because they tried to kill him, yes...and patched them back up before leaving.
-Soft-spoken - He rarely raises his voice, sometimes causing grief to his friends because he will sometimes speak so soft that he cannot be heard. He is also never one to insult someone, regardless of what happened.
-Friendly - He is one of the more open people, and will gladly befriend anyone he can. Once again, some people worry about him and how easily he calls someone 'friend'
-Kind-hearted - Will worry more about the needs of others, putting them over his own even if he is ill enough to be bed-ridden.

The problem is getting it to stay alive...and obey. He, being a master at this, has managed to do both. He is also an excellent Healer, mainly because of his Light magic. Bio: He has always been frail physically. This dealing both with his body and health. He is quite prone to getting sick himself, often worse than normal people and leaving him bed-ridden for a few days. But as soon as he is well enough to move, he is up again he is. And don't expect him to lift anything heavier than a few pounds...he'd most likely drop it and hurt something.
Despite all this he is the Healer of a nearby town, and one of the best even without the use of his magic. When he is able he travels into the forests to search for plants and other ingredients that he uses for healing others - and himself at times - when magic is not neededGaia Name Emrise

 Gaia Name: bikipepepe Character Name: Ayane Aburai Gender: Female Orientation: Straight Race: Human Age: 19 Personality: Mostly due to the way she was treated as a child, possesses a detached, cynical outlook on life and is completely driven by the desire to prove to herself and others that she is better than those that condemned her. As a result, she turned into a determined, strong, secretive, mysterious, and deadly young woman, earning her the nickname "Female Tengu." She does have a tendency to talk down to people and act antagonistically, possibly again due to her experiences growing up. It should be noted that she despises anyone or anything reminding her of the past. However, despite her cruel behaviour, she isn’t entirely cold and heartless. She does form working relationships with those around her and even loving, emotional attachments, such as her admiration for whom she calls a brother, Renji, and her father-daughter relationship with an old man who took her in. However, these relationships are so important and meaningful to her that they seem to be her only emotional support and her reason for living Powers/skills: Ayane is an aggressive MMA fighter who mixes quick, orthodox strikes with a strong follow-up ground game from her takedowns. She is shown mostly performing both boxing and kick boxing, and grappling moves. She seems to also use some forms of Taekwondo as well. Ayane also has a skill where she watches her opponent fight and perfectly copies their skills. When she first started fighting she watched the television shows and learned from there. Likes: Ayane is into any kind of fighting, Seafood Paella, Sparring, Working Out At A Local Gym. Dislikes: Staying around too many people. A crowd of people. Goody to shoes. People who are too nice and low self esteem. Anything reminding her of her past. Bio: Ayane was born from a marriage affair. Ayane's father left when he found out about the pregnancy and her mother's husband left (with their children) upon hearing of her affair. Ayane's biological mother left her. Ayane couldn't remember her early life as a baby and wasn't until when she was 9 that she found out her mother left her on the side of a freeway in the middle of nowhere. Furious that all people were like her she became rebellious and was picked on a lot only adding on to the rebellious act. When she was finally adopted by an old man who owned a bar her attitude began to simmer a bit. She didn't like how people treated her and was told to not act how they wanted her too. So she than began to become a clever woman who isn't to be messed with.

THE SHADOWS Gaia Name: Kotaro17 Character Name: Ren Race: Shadow demon Age: appears 25 gender: Male Orientation: whatever he feels like at the moment Personality: Ren is a flirt, but has his serious moments. He's not a slacker or anything like that. Despite how he seems he's hard working. He's very forward, though with bouts of some nicety, can be a gentleman but it's not without effort. Can be caring. Genreally is a fun kind of guy, likes to play around. Though there's a side of him that can be scary, where he'd just all of a sudden go into a dark sort of demeanor. Likes: men/women a challenge having fun Dislikes: Things being taken from him/stolen being threatened Powers: Shadows, he can morph them into other forms, for instance making his shadow puppets he uses to appear like any normal person but they do his bidding. Can make them as animals as well. Uses the shadows as his portals, instant transport. Bio: Ren runs his own nightclub, though in the shadow world it's pretty much night all the time. Which is the fun for Ren because it's party time all the time. Works behind the bar sometimes to see how everything is going, when he's not off flirting with someone or doing other things. He's a sadist, but also quite the perv and flirt. He screws around with everyone, whether it be in bed or literally screwing with their heads. But once he claims someone/something as his he can seem to be protective. It comes off as possessive but he protects what he claims. He can be nice...in his bizzarre way. Likes to get what he wants. Likes: anything and everthing, whatever he gets his hands on...for the most part. Dislikes: what's his being taken from him, sharing sometimes Powers: Fire breathing, shadows in a similar way as Ren. But he has a poisonous bite in his dragon form. Can spew out poisonous clouds. Bio: Ryu is among those with the most power in their shadow world. He's like one who's rich, successful, very empowered. Owns different locations throughout their shadow world. He's intimidating to most others. There's only so much known about the male, he's secretive. Not exactly timid, but he's a quiet male, not exactly peppy and outgoing. Friendly though, and cautious. Seems as if a switch flips if someone manages to somehow push the male's buttons enough, he can turn to be very irate and snippy. Likes: Baking eating sweets fluffy things Dislikes: someone intentionally trying to anger him someone trying to hurt those he befriends Powers: much like all those shadow beings, he can manipulate shadows. Though each being's powers are unique to what they can do. Mamoru can summon up creatures from the shadows. Bio: Mamoru runs a bakery in the shadow world, (yes unusual when compared to my other two shadows) he loves sweets and the baking keeps him calm and happy.
