Hysteria and her Kin

As you approach this lonely outcropping of mountains, you feel an odd sensation creeping up the back of your neck. Nonetheless, you press onward, determined to find the dragons of this area, and indeed, you find a large cave with an overhang... and resting atop that overhang is a large, three-headed eastern dragoness, fully grown, with six eyes peering down at you quietly, warily. She seems to be gaurding the entrance to the cavern, though it seems she is, for now, the only dragon here.
