This is the St. John's Hospital, long gone by anyone living now. The St. John's Hospital was one of the first major places to fall to the undead, due to the sick and dying being brought there. Though most of the Walkers have cleared out, some stick by and check on their 'patients'. Medical supplies and some food supplies can be found here.
