It was proposed in the RP thread and I think it should be formally decided on. The event would be moved to Barton or another forum and out of the Halloween thread, but there are some things to consider. Firstly, the Comic Cafe is an up and running RP thread in the Barton forum (within the shops subforum) meant to attract newcomers for RP and to advertise ball events. If anyone is currently RPing in there it would be up to you to divide your time evenly between both. Secondly, keeping this event up and running would should not conflict with planning the next. Planning for events should be done by everyone involved; your job doesn't start when the event does. The Host Club is more than just an RP troupe - everyone should be involved in planning contests, locations, settings and stories. This is something to consider when you're committing yourself. Part of the reason we have a Host Club this year is to make sure everyone is focused on their events smile
That said, I also think it would be a good idea to extend the Halloween event. It should probably simply be "Dark Carnival" instead of Halloween if we move it to Barton, but that's up to Spotted. Also we should decide how long you all think you would need to wrap up the plot that you had come up with or if this could become a long running RP.

Absolutely~ The gothic events can guarantee a good storyline, and I personally prefer those events to the casual ones like the Comic Book Cafe. It would give other people a chance to choose between a variety of different RPs hosted by the guild as well.

Im all up for making it a long term rp, because the cafe isnt attracting much visitors so maybe more than one long term rp would be a good idea?

I agree with extending the Halloween event Rp. As Myst pointed out the Cafe' isn't atracting people as much as it was originally. Hopefully by releasing this role-play it will help boost the odds of people joining.

This isn't going to get moved anytime today, because I'm currently juggling between yet another test and procrastination.
