Clan History: The history of this clan is one man, Nariaki, to whom a few followed to lean his ways. His Torture Chain Summoning Techique is one that can belong to everyone, but the Kekkei Genkai, Necrosis, are only those of his blood line. The Clan isn't known much, and isn't even in rumors- they wish to keep a very close nit of people. The more people know about the the more they feel they are hidden from the world.
The clan works as a secrete society- their one mission is to quietly give people their techiques to use, from all villages. Those who are accepted to the clan are accepted by harsh means- tell a word about your origins and you will dissapear.
The clan also has beliefs on pain- and you are a part of it. People who are part of this clan actually enjoy to love pain, and even delve in tearing pieces of their skin off to show how much tolerance they have for pain. The most you take off, the more beautiful you are. It's a hindered belief and the only thing that marks them as a clan.

Various chains, hooks, and wires come out of a surface and grapple or tear appart the opponet. There are no handsigns needed, but the user will stop immedatily, then a dense flow of chakra will be in the air. The areas then will have a path they follow, and a swell in the surface can be seen as "shadows" right before the strike.

Background:
The exact type of Necrosis this unamed bacheteria gives off is the classification of Liquefactive Necrosis, or otherwise known as "colliquative necrosis". This pathlogene lives in the bodies of the Rikujou without harm, however external reach can seriously make the user ill, most prone to amputations if the wound isn't looked through fast enough. The pathlogene cannot be put into any other people except those of the Rikujou clan. The organsism can only live in the speacial condition of those with the blood of the Rikujou.
The bacheteria is known to live through any of the five elements, water, wind, fire, earth, and lightning. Each one has a different set of variations to how the bacheteria will set in. Fire will speed up the breeding process of the bachteria, while wind is the more deceptive force -but also the hardest to let the bacheteria live.
The bacheteria however can also live a few moments on a surface before slowly dying off and becoming inactive. This is why it's normal for a Rikujou to use elemental attacks.
It is said that if an open cut is infected, the necrosis will not quickly start to decay flesh. However, it causes swellness within fifteen minutes of a minor cut, then will lead into the cavity, to which, the flesh eating bacheteria has bred enough to feast more. Most cases the person with this infection will have to be put under bed rest and many antibiotics. Sometimes the flesh cannot be healed without taking the infected flesh off, this process is known as debridement.
In very rare cases the pathlogene will become resistent to most antibiotics and claim lives- unless amputation is nessesary. In it's farthest stages, the infectee can be induced to gangrene, where the organism starts to claim the flesh of the infected by more surmountable means. The most rare case is the most life threatening- hemolysis- where the bacheteria becomes renegade enough to kill blood cells.
It should be noted clearly not to use medical jutsu if a cut(s) are infected with this pathlogene. Because the pathlogene lives in chakra as well, the process to speed up the healing ability will only speed up the process of the bachteria's breeding as well. Even with other regenerating ninja techniques, the bachteria will spread depending on the wound and then start gangene at a very early stage.
