after weeks of waiting, my Total Wargamer order (Leman Russ Demolisher and Cadian Command Squad) just arrived!!!!
this marks me having everything i need for a game legal army now!! fantastic biggrin
also at game night last night, nothing much happened until i went to see what sprues the owner Roland was selling this week (if something doesnt sell well he opens it and sells the sprues instead) and got myself a Chaos Vehicle upgrade sprue (just in time it seems). when i mentioned id just bought the last sprue he had out he asked if i wanted anything else, i asked what he had and he came back with 2 bags of bits, one of a couple hundred mixed IG bits and one with about 50 Chaos bits, i took them right off him biggrin plus the chaos sprue and the 2 bitz bags came to just £8! bargain!!
yeah, im on a high about this all, even though i wont be making too much of it until the 14th sad bloody deadlines

There will be time for sniffing glue later. 3nodding sound advice xD as it is im modelling the Russ as i go anyway. realised i shouldve bought the standard russ kit as THATS the one with the autocannon variant that i wanted... so midway through converting the barrels using plasticard tube biggrin

im such a terrible person... it only just occured to me the money i used to come home for xmas, buy presents, and buy a trio of nerf guns, could have been better spent on tanks...
on the plus side, while ive been home, a few more zombies have rejoined the somewhat-mortal coil. dont have the transfer cable with me, but i'll attempt to upload them to photobucket from the phone (im assuming theres an app for it)
apologies for my leave of absense, ill be back up north soon enough (read: next thursday), and with a few weeks free time before i realise deadlines approach again biggrin on the plus side, i brought my zombie bits home with me, so i should be able to assemble a few more if i go buy some glue, and like i say, get some online if i find an app - which would make life more easy for all uploads, not just here
