In the painting of the Last Supper, is John (the one who looks simaler to a woman) the same John who baptized Jesus Christ in the Jordan and if so, how because he was beheaded by King Herod almost 1-2 years before the Last Supper???

Then which John is it, because most people will say it is John, that it, but the name was pretty common like Mary Magdellen.

It's John the Apostle, often referred to as "the disciple whom Jesus loved."

tradition says that he honored Jesus' statements from the cross, "behold your son; behold your mother", and took Mary the mother of Jesus to live with him in Ephesus where he started a large but divide local church.
people there say you can still visit the pretty little house he built for her.

You can almost always tell John the Baptist from John the Apostle due to his hair. The "John the Baptist" is almost always portrayed with long, curly hair. Da Vinci also painted him, as can be seen here: http://www.artgallery2000.com/gallery/images/portraits-049.jpg
