He yelled before taking a short forward then signaling chakra into his feet, bolting him forward towards Notwen at great speeds. Sorain tilted side to side, making his movement harder to predict before eventually reaching his target and leaning slightly upward as if prepairing to send his knee directly into Notwens face, however it was only a faint attack. In the very instant before Sorain made physical contact he twisted himself around, rolling directly off Notwens shoulder and positioning himself behind his foe. Once there Sorain skidded to a storm and turned himself around abruptly all the while forming a series of unique hand seals. Sorain brought his middle and index fingers together and extended them outwards while lacing his ring and pinky fingers together. "Demonic Void Mirrors" He then curled his middle finger over the index and formed his blood line seal activating a done line structure made from thick mirrors of ice. Sorain then threw himself into a spinning back flip that landed him directly on the surface of the mirror which he then began to slide his entire body into. In each mirror Sorains image appeared all looking as though they were prepared to attack. For a brief moment Sorain was motionless, watching his target, giving him a chance to decide from which directly he wanted to start his attack. Once locked on, Sorain's body cycled through the mirrors before eventually slinging forward into a lightning fast dash that was aimed directly at Notwen, with each step a trail of ice layered the floor, then with a great force, Sorain reached out and extended his four fingers pointed directly at his targets shoulder blade, seeking to disrupt his flow of chakra. . His speed was almost impossible to follow, and when he suddenly appeared to his right preparing to deliver knee strike to his face, the dark-skinned blonde attempted to pivot away. However Sorain's move proved to be a faint, since he used his momentum to roll off of Notwen's shoulder to end up behind him. Crap, thought the Uchiha as his opponent's movements became unknown to him for several seconds. Cooling his his mind, he brought his hands together and weaved a set of seals which activated his crown chakra. A sphere of awareness expanded for several feet in every direction until it consumed most of the room and he was able to see the Orasakai, but just briefly. Upon hearing the words "Demonic Void Mirrors", Notwen noticed sheets of ice beginning to form within his awareness sphere and Sorain's consciousness melded into the formations. Notwen took his Eagle Scope from his pocket and fixed it over his eye before pressing a button on the side to activate it. He turned in place, keeping his guard up while he scanned the mirrors for any traces of heat or consciousness. Suddenly Notwen sensed the intent to kill coming from one of the mirrors to his left. A maze of emerald walls built itself around the one-eyed Uchiha, but somehow Sorain was able to run past it and land a blow on his damaged shoulder. DenShazo15 When failing a defense check your potency has no relevance, when succeeding a defense check potency determines only if you still take partial damage from a powerful attack. Potency has no correlation to effects during defense, only when resisting.

It was the same as the last time they had fought, so he knew how to counteract the effects to some degree. He began to massage the area slowly with his right hand while moving away from his assailant to better judge the situation. The dark-skinned blonde did this while having his clones mirror his actions and shuffling himself within the mass. The room they were currently in was a typical gymnasium, stripped of everything except the bleachers, which were in their locked position. There were two glass doors which led to a courtyard and from there the rest of what appeared to be a school became accessible. Notwen made all of these assessments while still massaging his shoulder, which felt a lot better due to his infusions of fire element chakra. Seconds later the air between his hands began to pulse and shimmer, giving off heat waves. Finally the technique burst into life, looking like a sphere of bright yellow light. " Radiant Nirvana!!" cried Notwen and his clones as twenty-seven orbs sailed at Sorain's body. These orbs were not meant to collide with him, but to remain within close proximity of him and deliver wave after wave of heat over him. The combo was not done yet. Just as the Radiant Nirvana left his and his clones' hands, Notwen and his doppelgangers clapped them together and immediately they were covered in the emerald flames. They proceeded to separate them, which formed a length of emerald chain links. Repeating this action resulted in all of them having a good length of emerald chains to their disposal, which they then threw at the Orasakai. Using their fire manipulation skill, the original and the fakes guided their chains and had them wrap around the Hyuuga's body, hopefully binding him in place.
