PERSONALITY
General: Zabec is very easy going and likes to go with the flow even if he not sure what the flow is. Loves to smile and laugh to have a good time. Most times he just likes to lay back and watch others come and go. He is not very bright but sometimes he might say a wise word or two that he doesn't realise he is saying. Not very brave but often can be misinterpreted from his loyalty to stand for or with others or just his curiosity. Also he is a perv and has no shame to look or watch a girl that has catched his eye it's all fun and games to him, often never means any real harm but if you do push his buttons enough he'll come back strong and eager. Will often never fight but won't likely run away if someone he knows is at risk. He enjoys helping out only as much as he loves to lay around. but once put to work he'll keep going till it's done.
Habits: Tends to lay back alot. Sit or lay down even when it's not really appropriate. Sneaks around spys and or eavesdropping.
Hobbies: Relaxing, Watching others, Reading, Cooking

HISTORY
General History: Life is not easy and it was no different for him. He had been alone all he could remember about his early past is being alone and trying to live to the next day. but he was a life that loved to smile, poor and hungry but with a smile is how he was found when his small forgotten town was burning by raiders. He was taken into an orphanage, and there he wanted to stay it was the best life he knew at first. As he grew he would often travel out sometime be missing for days or weeks or even more and couldn't stay in one place too long before his need to explore took over. The orphanage was then visited by a strange person. they looked at the other children but when it came to Zabec they took a big interest in him, saying there was a lot more to him and would take him to a school to help.
MISCELLANEOUS
The Sorting: Zabec watched as he saw all the magic around him it wasn't his first time seeing it anymore but in this grand room with all the student it was amazing! and he look down as one by one the hat would yell out names of the house a child would go to he looked at each house.. " Witch one would I go to?. Gryffindor? they seem like a good bunch." just then the hat yelled out Slytherin! he watch as they walked over to the cheering group in green and silver colors. He watched but saw that most of Slytherin seem to have a rather mean look not something he feels he would trust. looking at the other two Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff. " So.. one is about being smart and the other hard working or something right?. Just then he saw it was his turn to take the seat and as the hat landed on his head he heard the voice "Ah another good one just need some work so where to put you best?" I thought to my self " well I guess it's be Gryffindor right?" the hat quickly replyed " No.. close but no I think you would do well with Ravenclaw?" I knew i made i quick face "WHAT? no I think you got me wrong I'm not some bookworm!" the hat once again quickly said "No? I guess your right looking at what you got in here I know just where to send you!" Just as Zabec wanted to question him what, a loud voice boomed over him " Hufflepuff ! " Zabec was off the chair and looked at the cheers coming from the yellow Hufflepuffs "the hard works?.. i'm a grunt? " he walked in and was welcomed " Hey there glad to see you join! Zabec shruged and commented " Thanks but i'm not sure why" a girl behind him replyed " If the hat called it it was cuz he saw that you fit here best as Hufflepuff we are patience, just and loyal !" nodding to that he looked around "Loyal huh?.. ya I guess.. I just heard about hard workers" the young girl smiled " Well ya.. we work hard don't you work hard for the things you care about?" Zabec smiled back , it would seem he is glad to be here after all,
Boggart: Zabec would see himself badly beaten and on the ground but not alone all around him stand others with a very hateful look watching him on the floor these people are the people Zabec cares about people that he helped or helped him.. All of them have turn on him watching for his last breath to pass.
Mirror of Erised: He would see himself with others the people he cares about all with him, happy and care for each other and him. He would have someone close to him that loves him maybe he even see's a family one that he never had.

Greatest Treasure: a feathered pimp hat ( It was a strange gift given to him )
Manner of Dress: often has a purple stripe vest over a black shirt dark pants and boots to match, his hair spiked and dyed or changed to a dark blue..

Worst Class: Most classes that have him study but mainly has a dislike for Divination and History of magic, BORING and can't even sleep it off.

One of the others might be able to explain this better than I can, but hopefully I can help a bit.
I think what you have listed for his habits describe personality traits more than they describe his habits. Those could be added in to the personality section to expand it more.
For his habits, what are the little things he does, perhaps subconsciously? Does he tap his fingers when he's bored, does he hum to himself, does he get antsy when he has to sit still? Things like that.
