Hi

I really didnt enjoy these books i found them very very predictable. I think they are excellent for younger readers though.

I read them all. But I would like it if Lemoy write a book to tie up all the lose ends.

Try The Beatrice Letters.

I have read all of the books and got intrigued by Lemony Snicket so much that I even bought another book of his. I was kind of addicted to it at the start and was especially fond of the humor but it was not really that amazing if you consider the whole series. It was kind of redundant but I think that was the point. I really have mixed emotions with this book.

I LOVE this series. It's chock-full of well-developed characters, a finely detailied universe, and literary allusions, all of which I love. I certainly hope Mr. Snicket deigns to provide us with more tales set in the series universe.

Sorrows Strength
They had come to me rather highly recommended, so I bought the whole series and started to read. I found they whole thing rather difficult. I'm not one to find an other's misfortune amusing. I had a really hard time getting through the books.

I had the same problem. I'm stopped somewhere around the fourth or fifth book because I can't get past the depressing stuff. I'm already on anti-depressants myself, so it's just a bit too much for me.
