Literal: 'it's raining like a cow pissing'
English meaning: it's raining a lot or our equivalent to 'its raining cats and dogs' XD

Here's my favorite Japanese one:
JPN: 花より団子(Hana yori Dango)
ENG: Dumplings before flowers
ENG Meaning Practical is prefered over looks or beauty. It has to do with human nature.
Not to mention it's the name of my favorite drama. . .
