He was starting to think of the odds he was taking here, but gave it a good and thought out spin. As the wheel spinned around, he could not help but wonder if what he was doing was the right idea that he should be doing. Regardless he had rolled a very good number; this was a surprise to him to get that number. (Free wheel spin) Exp: 1d6 *150 = 750 Skill: 1d6 + 1 = 6

Shinzu was going to the Mad House, eventually, but he really didn't feel like it. Then again those tickets seemed kind of important to the whole festival... He walked and scratched his chin, trying to decide what he was going to do. Unfortunately he wasn't paying attention to what he was doing, and walked right into the bulliten board. Stunned for a moment he looked right at it, and his eyes were immediately drawn to the Mission section. Getting some actual money while he thought it all over certainly wouldn't hurt. He focused in on the C and B ranked missions. Turning around he saw someone that appeared to be a ninja of Ame. "Hey can I take part in these missions?" He called out to them.

The Ame shinobi tilted his head in Shinzu's direction, and then glanced over at the message board. Once his eyes made it back to the guest's face, he gave a short nod. "Of course, we welcome the support of any who want to take on work around here, especially at times like this when we're busy with programs and such." If other shinobi wanted to do missions unrelated t their own village, all the power to them. That just meant there wouldn't be a pile of work to do after the festival.

Kotaru hated standing in lines, but it was just another thing that he decided would be better to suffer in silence. When his patience was just beginning to wear thin, it was his turn. Walking up to the wheel he studied it, not that there was much to study, all he had to do was spin. That didn't mean he couldn't try to figure out how to turn it in his favor. Eventually he shrugged and walked up tot he wheel and spun it, no matter what he did, luck would play too large a part in the end. When it stopped he was rewarded with a black monkey, which he took, though he wasn't sure how he felt about it.

Shinzu scratched his chin and nodded slightly as the Ame ninja spoke. It might've seemed odd to some others, but Shinzu rather liked missions. Some challenged themselves in games, others read books, but Shinzu, he liked to think tacticly. It wasn't quite a passtime, but he did greatly enjoy it, then again he hadn't see full scale war or battle. "Okay, who do I talk to to get on one of these missions?" He asked the other ninja. "I'd really like to do one or both of the B-Ranked ones."

 Hiru was on his way to the theoretical research facility near the Rain Border when he heard the music from afar. Interrupting his journey for a second, he stopped to see where this joyful tune was emanating from. As he approached the source of the music, he saw the colorful tents and numerous people that let you know the carnival was in town. Looking at the sun, he guessed the mission could wait a few moments while he looked around the event.
As he entered the carnival, he came across and brightly colored wheel with the mention "The Wheel of Experience". The thing was unoccupied and didn't look like it required any tickets to use so he gave it a go.
