Granted, those posts are over half from the bumping contests, but still!

I believe that my entire staff/crew should deserve the same features and perform the same exact duties and responsibilities as the captain since we are all in this together to help make the guild a success...
...
ok yeah, I don't want them to leave....like ever....but most of the first paragraph is sorta true. Being VC also enables you to become possible future captain if I die or step down, and if Shikume doesn't want it anymore.
