The Capital of Brightenvale is in a relatively small city by the name of Baskerville. It is a bustling town with much the same feel as 19th century London, outside of which sits the towering palace of the Holmes family and it's rather spacious grounds. One gets the impression from Baskerville of a quite spoiled and wealthy population, accustomed to most comforts save possibly for good weather, which is a rarity.
The residents of the Palace include Queen Evelyn and her two sons, Sherlock and Mycroft. In addition, there are many servants always about, and one can often find Mycroft's most trusted assistant Anthea shuffling through the palace halls, managing meetings and the like.
