A simple look at your mug can prove that it was cropped. They're pixels, they don't lie. I already explained this to you, too, so I'm not sure why I'm having to do so again.
Honestly, I'm baffled by your choices in collecting the mugs for the last contest, Isadora, I really am. If you notice, nobody else had the problem. It's true that you found your mugs on FEP, but for some reason you thought the best way to get the mugs was by using their profiles, AKA using
this and painstakingly erasing everything around the mug, I would have to surmise. That is... ridiculous amount of work for an end product that doesn't even give you the entire mug to work with. You must think I am sadistic if you thought I would really be forcing people to do that to get their mugs. You couldn't have made the task of getting mugs any more difficult when it should have been the easiest thing.
One link below portraits in the spriting archive of FEP is sheets. This has the character sheets with the FULL mug and frames that you can choose from. However, you don't even need that. A simple couple second google image search would have given you the mugs you needed. Even just going to the character introduction in Serenes forest would have given you what you needed.
I'm sorry if you think I'm being harsh, but It's not a hard concept.
