Went with the United States myself, which is about the only formation I can field without having to proxy. Plus, I actually like the army a lot, beats being a bloody Jerry again.

Germany it is... It's lonely on the other side. sad Like I always say though, you never feel -too- bad when you lose playing as Germans.

With that said, here's a rough 1000pt list. Germans, playing as part of a Kriegsmarine Infantry Division, sailors pressed into ground-pounder duty. As such, most of the army is inexperienced, and the two Artillery spotters will represent calling in a devastating naval bombardment. Any thoughts?

Don't particularly want tanks, they're expensive (money) and not very themed to Kriegsmarine.
