I am totally lost on whee to go and what to do here...not even sure if i'm posting this in the right area. I'd love to start this off...but i read through everything about 3-5 times and i'm still lost and confused...i would like if someone could walk me through so i can get started and i hope i don't get lost after...

Here's a short, summarized list of what members usually do when first starting:
1. Read rules.
2. Look through the starter forum for a Ninja class that you'd like to use.
3. Find a Bloodline, Clan, and/or Demon/Angel that you'd like to obtain. A character can have a combination of a bloodline and clan, a clan or a demon, or any single one of those. Cursemarks can be obtained with bloodlines and clans, but you can't use any bloodline S-rank jutsu.
Once you find out what things you want, you apply for them. Each one of those has a certain thread where you apply for them, and they're all in their special subforums, which you can find pretty easily from the subforum names.
When you have everything approved, you choose your village and start roleplaying. After that, you can ask any further questions in the question thread in the main forum. Every character starts at Genin rank, by the way.

And if you're still confused, feel free to ask anyone on Crew.. haha it's kind of our job to help members anyway.
