Eenyways.
The Fountain of Youth is a legendary spring where if you bathe/drink from it you will regain youth (no duh..).
Now, I don't know much about this... but I used to have a fairy tale book.. and it had a story about a Fountain of Youth. An old man wanted to be younger so he made his wife and himself to drink from the fountain. They regained some years, but the man wasn't satisfied with his appearance so he drank some more.. and he eventually turned back into a baby!!<<
So discuss:
arrow The Fountain of Youth.. and other versions of such
arrow Would YOU drink from such a fountain and defy Nature?

I have heard of the modern fountain of youth, there is this woman who owns like 200 achers of land and she has a spring a few Km in to the forest ahd she has been bathing in it since she was a child and she is 104 and still living on her won and doing really well, she can drive and apears to be only 70 years of age, she also has the energy of a youth too, I saw it on the news, I thought it was cool...

I will never drink from there. I happen to like myself, and think that one should age gracefully.

I would never drink from that either.
With all the problems and chaos in the world today,
why would you guys want to prolong the agony of living? rofl
Short and real happiness is enough to last us a lifetime.
I wouldn't want to face any other obstacle/s that would have the power to destroy that.

....I'm confused. What did I just say? sweatdrop I actually wouldn't mind living for ever, the chance to be emortal would be a great offer to me, Yes I know the world is going to $h!+ but I think it would be interesting to see how we as humans would evolve in to the future....

Does the Fountain of Youth DELAY your ageing process (like what J_walker said) or does it STOP you from ageing? And, if you say, only have to drink from it once, and you're.... 14 years of age.. would you REALLY be wanted to be stuck as a 14 year old forever? Thinking about aspects like.. relationships ( lol ) , jobs, teenage acne, teenage responsibilities etc. <<
