Everyone must post his or her character's SPECIAL/Vigormatic ratings, tag skills, and up to fifteen perks (for now) from Fallout 3 or Fallout: New Vegas. Achievement perks are bestowed upon you as rewards. If you have chosen "Tag!" as a perk, then please list your fourth tag skill with the original three.

Perks: Perks must be consistent with in-game requirements. No perks gained after level 30 can be obtained as of yet. The skill and SPECIAL requirements must also be met.

SPECIAL: There is a total of 40 SPECIAL points, without Intense Training.

Skills: Initially, you shall receive a bare minimum of 10 in all skills. The total amount of skill points you can add per level is derived by this formula:
User Image - Blocked by "Display Image" Settings. Click to show.
So, multiply the resulting number times thirty, then add your handy, dandy Vault-Tec bonus of 30 free skill points, and that is your maximum skill point allocation.

Level Cap: 60
