Manipulating their ability to mold Raiton and Suiton, the user will perform the needed handsign and release threads of "liquid lightning" from their freehand. Because of their composition and formation, these beams deal both impact and electric damage. The user is also able to bend these beams toward their target in order to deliver pinpoint strikes. Each beam costs [10] chakra to form, and [5] chakra to bend.

A basic Ranton ability in which the user will slap an object and have a thunder sound emit from that spot. The noise is loud enough to overlap most other sounds for a brief moment. If used offensively, a slap directly to the opponent can cause temporary deafness.

Using one's hands as if they're using a slingshot, the user will pull back one hand and let loose. Three to five small white clouds will shoot towards the target in a straight line. Upon impact, the projectiles will stick and roll about the target as if an adhesive fluid. After setting for a short amount of time (1 post), the clouds will expand roughly two-fold, rendering the target a bit more susceptible to electricity, in addition to having some movement complications. • Each cloud sticks for three [3] posts.

This technique condenses moisture in the air to form an overcast sky. It should be noted that this technique does not cover much area, and after being performed it still takes roughly four [4] posts before the clouds form and break open. ( Only takes two [2] posts, if clouds are already present. )

Stretching both hands outward, the user releases a continual mass of nearly pitch black clouds which almost utterly demolish visibility. This string of black clouds will continue for as long as the user's hands are outstretched, expanding at roughly 100 yards per post. • Badly affected by the wind.

He would do anything to get out of doing something he doesn't wanna do. He came up with three phrases: "Challenge Considered" which means he might do the job, "Challenge Accepted" which means he will do the job, and "Challenge Denied" which means he won't do the job, or if he's forced, he'll try to get out of it.
[ Birth ] Raiga's mom was pregnant when her and Raiga's father were traveling to the Mist. Everything was going good until there was a murderer going around on a killing spree. Raiga's mom was in labor of the incident. The murderer came into the house where she gave birth to Raiga. Raiga was just a newborn, but when he was born, the sky turned as black as coal, and it started to rain. The clouds were booming with thunder. Raiga's father was a very experienced ninja and tried to kill the murderer, and his mother tried to help but they failed. They were at the brink of death. The murderer thought they were dead, so he left. They were severely bleeding and coughing up blood. They used all of their strength to transfer their chakra into Raiga to give him their final gift before they died. His mother gave him her gift of Water and a scroll saying what they wanted him to do, and his father gave him his mastery of Lightning, and placed his Kumogakure headband on Raiga's neck. Raiga's parents passed away, and Raiga was left there crying.
[ Early Life ] Mist ninja found Raiga and took care of him. Once Raiga was 3 years old, they sent him off to Kumogakure. When Raiga was in Kirigakure, it stormed more often. Once he was gone, the weather went back to normal. When he arrived to Kumogakure, they took him to the Raikage's Office, and then showed the Raikage the scroll. The Raikage knew what he had to do. Raikage gave Raiga the special Tattoo that Ranton Element users get, and gave him the name, Raiga. Raiga was specially trained, and became one of the best Academy Students in Kumogakure history. Now that he's older, he's expected to do more and surpass his father, a great Kumogakure Ninja.

Ryotaro was born in a small village far from kumo, to a tribal of hunters and former exiled ninja. His family had four membered including himself as the oldest. His father a retired ninja from a hidden village, but it was not one of the 5 great nations. His mother was a hunter living in the village all her life, and his little sister. Around the age of 7 his father got really sick and passed away. He died with a smile knowing despite all he was forced to do as a ninja that he found his peace. A couple years before he died Ryotaro was training with his mother to be a hunter like she was. She tried to teach him to always respect the animals killed and never bare a full grudge which at the time he seemed to get. When his father died he worked even harder to be a hunter to help his mother and sister. At the age of 10 a large mysterious wolf was on the rampage stealing food from their home, all the food was need for the upcoming snow season. He was going to find the beast and stop it. When he found it he fought with the wolf, its movements proved it wasn’t ordinary that it was trained, probably a deceased tamer animal. Ryotaro soon became obsessed with the beast trying to find anyway to bring it down, but it was all for naught as the wolf slipped through his fingers every time. In his obsession he committed a taboo for hunters, and set fire to an area of the forest in attempt to finish the wolf not caring about the life in the section that was set fire too. He wanted the wolf gone before the snow fell and hunting became scarce. The fire brutally angered the wolf when it finally stopped, and the next time Ryotaro would see the wolf in its jaws he would see his sister dead, while his mother was in a pool of her blood. The wolf growled at him and fled after giving Ryotaro a scar. Ryotaro’s obsession became a misplaced hatred as he followed the wolf for seven years battling it and having it elude him collecting scars from the beast while giving it a few of its own, not seeing something very small following him. He followed the wolf all the way to the outskirt of kumo. The battle at the age of fifteen near his home the wolf would take the sight out of his right eye. Leaving a vicious scar and in the forest he was located in there would be no immediate attention causing him to be forever blind in his right eye. Ryotaro was far away from his old home but his home didn’t forget him. A very rare breed of mouse that lives as long as a human, his sister’s pet followed him all the way there. His hatred for the wolf, made him blind to the mouse. The mouse flagged down the nearest person to help Ryotaro. The mouse found a kumo ninja who was returning home from a mission. The ninja did a patch job on Ryotaro so he wouldn’t die immediately. The ninja was cheery and happy which reminded him of his father. They talked about what was going on Ryotaro voicing his pure hatred for the beast. In the end the ninja sighed and asked, “Will that really make you happy?” Which he then followed up with a statement, “Art is not eternal or a flash… it’s a gift passed down to the next generation to inspire them. Your hatred his blinding you worse than your right eye.” The ninja smiled once more before drawing on a scroll and summoning an ink bird to fly off in. Ryotaro only got angry not understanding the words as he stormed off, and the mouse following behind him loyally, despite not being seen. After a year of getting use to his blind eye did ryotaro go after the wolf again, this would be the final battle and the wolf knew so as well, as it waited near a road for Ryotaro. At the age of sixteen soon to be seventeen did Ryotaro finally kill the wolf, but in the end he was not happy. Through the blood and pain did he finally realize that the wolf didn’t kill his family, Ryotaro’s foolishness was the result. The beast was probably had its own family that he set fire too. The realization at the time was too much as his mother’s teachings poured into his head at once and he sat there bleeding from the wolfs last attacks, his blood continuing to fall out of his blooding as sleep took him and he accepted it wanting to die. However his story would not end there, when he woke up three days had passed and he was in a sleeping bag by a noodle cart. The ninja who saved him was there only this time he was retired missing his left arm, and his right leg was a prosthetic. The man smiled at ryotaro before punching him back unconscience. When the hunter awoke the ninja punched him again but lighter before laying into his dumb choices and telling him to live on and become a new person. Ryotaro finally getting what his mom meant by respect his prey, and the ninja nindo about art. With that he asked the ninja were the nearest hidden village was causing the retired ninja to smile and point it out, telling Ryotaro that if he saw paper girl with blue hair, and a white haired nurse that he is doing fine being a wandering noodle man for retirement. The ninja waved and left with a smile passing a bit of the torch to the hunter. Ryotaro walked to his archenemy and prayed for its soul, the mouse jumping on Ryotaro causing him to smile as he pet it. As he said his sisters name before letting the mouse in his bag. He would then spend a few months making the wolf’s fur a set of clothes to remind him to respect his prey, never forget his lessons, and keep the wolf’s memory alive. He buried the remains of the wolf deep underground and making a grave praying for its soul once more before heading to kumo to become a ninja remembering fully what his mother taught him about hunting, and what he remembered of his father’s bloodline which he saw only a few times.
