Description:
The user sharpens the wind before sending it forward at high speeds at the target, the cutting power equivelant to the amount of energy used. 3 post cooldown. 4 post at C, and 5 posts at A

With a 4 post CD at C+,and a 5 post CD at A+, this is approved.

Skill Name: Air bullet
Skill Rank: C
Public Use: Yes

Description: The user forms their fingers into a gun. they then point their thumb downwards, as if the hammer of a gun was coming down. A blast of air will then shoot from their fingers, the speed equivelant to that of a bullet. The blast, though powerful, is a blunt force and will at most break bones. 4 post cooldown

4 post CD, then approved.

Skill Name: Great Wind
Skill Rank: B-A
Public Use: No

Description: Raziel will inhale a great breath of wind, before exhaling. The amount of energy will determine the strength of the wind. 7 post cooldown

B rank: The force can send arrows off course, and knock average weight (160 lbs. and below) opponents off their feet
A rank: The force can knock deflect bullets and knock heavier opponents (260 lbs and below) off their feet.

Rp Sample: Raziel took a deep breath in, staring at the marine that had a machine gun pointed at him. Just as the marine pulled his trigger, the fallen warrior released his breath. The breath knocked aside the bullets and sent the marine flying, causing him to hit his head on a tree and lose consciosness.

Post CD should be longer, around 7 for this.

Description: The user will put wind to their backs while flying, granting a boost in their speed while flying. This boost grants a +1 at C rank, a +2 at A rank, and a +3 at S rank. Lasts for 5 posts, with a 5 post cooldown.

Skill Name: Crushing Winds

Description: The user will cause wind to become pressurized and hit an opponent. The rank of the energy used determines the pressure being applied when hit. Amount of damage equivelant to skill rank. 4 post cooldown at C, 5 post cooldown at A

Skill Name: Fallen Comet
Skill Rank: S
Public Use: Must be taught by Raziel, must be a fallen

Description: Raziel made a very creative skill for causing a dynamic entrance. First the user will fly skyward. Then, they will fall downwards in a steep dive, imbuing energy in front of them to protect their head in the landing. The fallen crashes into the ground with extreme force, causing a gigantic crater 2 stories deep and 20 feet in diameter. This will also cause the ground to shake violently upon impact. This skill puts a great amount of strain on the fallen's body, and therefore can only be used once a battle.

Raziel flew skyward, pumping his wings hard to gain purchase into the air. He then tucked his wings into his back, starting a steep dive from several hundred feet in the air. When he hit the earth, it shook violently and sent clouds of dus into the air. When the dust settled, Raziel was standing amidst a gigantic crater he had caused.

Weapon name: Reaver

Description: in it's natural form a twenty foot chain with blades on each link and a dagger at the end. the chain is midnight black and the dagger is a golden colored steel. the core in all of the exodus's forms is always a solid crimson jewel that pulses faintly with light.
Rank: ranks up with Maddox
Passives: Tail mode: the anima's chain can align itself along neck down his spine as a tail, and he can move it in any direction he desires.

chain mode movement: in chain mode he can also move the chain in any direction he desires.

hidden form: the exodus transforms into the size of a pinhead and firmly latches itself to a lock of Maddox's hair, enabling him to hide it easily.

Dagger form
Rank: E
Description: transforms the chain into a dagger with an 18" blade. the core is the handle of the dagger itself.

Rp Sample: maddox watched as his chain appeared to dematerialize, growing shorter until it took the form of a dagger. the core is the handle of the dagger itself that maddox holds.

dual wield
Rank B
Description: The anima can seperate his anima into two identical weapons. The core is always in the left weapon.

Sword form v1
Rank D
Description The exodus transforms into a beautiful sword with a three foot long pitch black blade with a hand and a half hilt. the core is in the middle.

Rp Sample: Maddox watched as his exodus transformed into a beautiful sword.


Pistol form
Rank: C
Description the exodus transforms into a pistol. the damage of each bullet is standard to his current strength rating. The core is inside the gun, in the space you would usually find a clip.

Rp Sample: Maddox watched as his weapon shifted shape to a gold and black long barreled .50 caliber pistol.




Claw form
Rank C
Description The exodus transforms into claws with foot long prongs that slide out from the back of his hand. he can also climb walls with the claws. the core is in the middle of the back of the gauntlet.

Rp Sample: Maddox watched as his exodus transformed into two gauntlets, one on each hand. He then made the retractable claws pop out of the back of the gauntlet and began climbing up the side of the building at a surprisingly fast speed.
