It's a difficult answer. That means I have to think back at all the cartoons I've watched.
Over 25 years of cartoon watching!
But I'll try and choose:
PeeWee's Playhouse (child)
Rugrats (teens)
Chowder (adult)

I'm actually not the biggest fan of cartoons sweatdrop But here are some cartoons that I've enjoyed both in childhood and now:
Pokemon
The Legend of Korra
Avatar: The Last Airbender
Phineas and Ferb
Arthur
Recess
Rugrats
Baby Loony Tunes (sp?)
Tom & Jerry
Only ones I can think of right now. I used to watch others back then but they always disturbed me actually xD. (I hated a lot of the CN ones even though I watched them...)
