In what capacity did you attend?: I was a co-host in the 8th, a room host in the 9th, and the secondary main in the 10th.
Have you experience running/attending other USER run events?: Sort of?
Which one(s): Vetus Gaianus (guild that is no longer active)
Are you on a committee right now & which one?: Advertising and Plot
Can you commit to spending the most of a weekend to stay on the computer?: Yes
And, by this, I do mean an entire weekend once we choose it - savvy?: Yes
How much time do you spend on Gaia?: and hour or two a day
Do you have much role-playing experience?: I guess a moderate amount
Are you willing to learn/teach based on your level of experience?: If I have time
Will you be online regularly and do what is required of you for your room?: Even if I lose sleep over it!
Can you manage a team of 5-7 people in one room?: You'll have to ask the people in my room! LOL
If a confrontation arises, how will you handle it?: It depends on the confrontation, but I usually handle it via PM so it's more private. I talk to both sides individually if it is a dispute, and I try to mediate a solution. I also go and outsource for help if people have an emergency over art or something like that.
Are you willing to adapt according to change, either in room staff, room plot, or anything else?: Yeppers!
If you are feeling stressed or overburdened will you ask for help?: YES!!!
If something comes up and takes you away from the Ball will you let the leaders know so they can replace you if necessary? I'll give as much notice as humanly possible, and try my best to make sure that my hole is filled before leaving.

In what capacity did you attend?: In the first one I attended as a guest, the second time I got to be a host in place of someone else. Have you experience running/attending other USER run events?: Other than my own roleplays and others, no.[Unless you count the ball before last, too…[ Which one(s): Look at last answer! Are you on a committee right now & which one?: No :c unfortunately I am not….// unless you count me wanting to do art and graphics for everyone...I just can't seem to find my way around it. Can you commit to spending the most of a weekend to stay on the computer?: Yes, except for Sunday mornings. And, by this, I do mean an entire weekend once we choose it - savvy?: I think so…minus the Sunday mornings or holidays. How much time do you spend on Gaia?: I’m on Gaia almost every day be it by the iPod app or on my laptop. Do you have much role-playing experience?: Been roleplaying for years lol. Are you willing to learn/teach based on your level of experience?: Yes. Will you be online regularly and do what is required of you for your room?: To the best of my ability. I like to think I’m a hard worker and can do almost any task set for me. Can you manage a team of 5-7 people in one room?: Yes, of course. If a confrontation arises, how will you handle it?: Fairly, at least I will try to. Should it get too heated I will try to calm things down, step back, and see a solution that’s good enough for everyone without having too many fights. However, if you mean a confrontation in the sense where someone is acting rudely to on another – good old warnings would probably be my first choice before further, serious action is taken. Are you willing to adapt according to change, either in room staff, room plot, or anything else?: I want the ball to go smoothly and for everyone to have fun, so yes. If you are feeling stressed or overburdened will you ask for help?: Yes. I’m not going to try and take everything on by myself if there are people there who are more than willing to help. If something comes up and takes you away from the Ball will you let the leaders know so they can replace you if necessary?: Well of course, it was my job to make sure my room goes smoothly – even if it means replacing me to make sure everyone else has fun and can be at ease! In what capacity did you attend?: Guest and roleplayer
Have you experience running/attending other USER run events?: I...think so, yes. For three years I was part of hosting the Gaian NationalCancer Awareness Month events- the first year, I was helping in an unofficial capacity, working in the Team Kidney thread by making graphics, making post styles, and running games. The next year I stepped in and ran the Team Kidney thread, doing essentially the same things as the year before, and in my third year I ran Team Lymphoma. After that, I entered a hectic year and didn't participate- I was taking many AP classes and ended up in the hospital, so Gaia was weekends only, if at all. And now I'm in my senior year and finding out that it's possible for school to be ridiculously easy- silly me for killing myself with AP!
Which one(s): As already mentioned, it was the Gaian National Cancer Awareness Month for three years in a row.
Are you on a committee right now & which one?: I'm on the art Committee, in the Host Club, and have applied to join the Plot Committee. And yes, I am fully confident I can juggle everything- I plan everything at school during class and then coming home is just turning my ideas digital.
Can you commit to spending the most of a weekend to stay on the computer?: Yes. I may not be capable of using Photoshop that entire weekend, but I can guarantee that I can be available an entire weekend so far as posting and other Gaia functions go.
And, by this, I do mean an entire weekend once we choose it - savvy?: Absolutely. The only possibility of me not being available is if I'm camping or in the hospital; even if I'm on vacation in a hotel, I can bring my laptop and hunt down internet connection.
How much time do you spend on Gaia?: Generally at least for hours a day; I get home from school around three and am on until eight except for dinner and, on Mondays, my flute lesson.
Do you have much role-playing experience?: Yes. More than is healthy.
Are you willing to learn/teach based on your level of experience?: Yes, I have before, continue to do so now, and expect to be doing so so long as I am on Gaia.
Will you be online regularly and do what is required of you for your room?: Yes.
Can you manage a team of 5-7 people in one room?: Yes.
If a confrontation arises, how will you handle it?: By learning everything about the situation I can, and then either soothe matters myself or delegate certain tasks to other members so that the situation is dealt with quickly and without drama- honestly, I can't give specifics when I'm not given a specific situation to deal with, but I have three younger siblings who love to scream and bicker, and I am the one person in the family that they seem to not have anything against. I personally think that standing deserves recognition, because I use it to make the screaming stop. Successfully. Throw everything you've got at me, I refuse to let it knock me down.
Are you willing to adapt according to change, either in room staff, room plot, or anything else?: Yes- I'll spend approximately five minutes freaking out at the curveball, and then my brain will just find the solution and fix it. Even when I've got writers'/artists' block, I can force myself through it- unless I'm severely sleep deprived, which is unlikely since I'm out like a light every night at eight, so even if I'm up at four, I've gotten nearly enough sleep.
If you are feeling stressed or overburdened will you ask for help?: Yep. That's one thing AP did teach me: I'm not supposed to understand everything right away, and if I don't I can use other people to figure it out.
If something comes up and takes you away from the Ball will you let the leaders know so they can replace you if necessary?" Definitely, as soo as I can get to a computer. Heck, if there's time, I'll probably spend my time finishing all the setup and giving the replacement all the info he/she needs to know.

Which one(s): The Ninth Annual Ball as a guest, and the Tenth Annual Ball as a co-host in the flying room.
In what capacity did you attend?: Co-host!
Have you experience running/attending other USER run events?: Yes.
Which one(s): I attended, with all of y'all, Camp NGST (am I spelling that right?), in the cabin Four on the Floor. I also was a hired artist for a user-run Gaia Gameshow that ran for a while.
Are you on a committee right now & which one?: I'm the secondary in the Artist Alley Committee.
Can you commit to spending the most of a weekend to stay on the computer?: I already spend most of my weekends on the computer, wasting my days away playing on Gaia! I am more than willing to spend as much time as we need, and more.
And, by this, I do mean an entire weekend once we choose it - savvy?: Bring it on. All I have to do is practice singing, which I can do while I type.
How much time do you spend on Gaia?: Way too much! I spend at least a few hours. In the very least, one hour, but often much more. On the weekends, I spend around five or six hours average a day. It's an addiction!
Do you have much role-playing experience?: I've role played since I was 13! I'm a creative writing fanatic and I blog as a career. Writing is my jam, yo!
Are you willing to learn/teach based on your level of experience?: Absolutely. I love editing essays, and helping people improve. So teaching Role Playing would be my pleasure.

If a confrontation arises, how will you handle it?: First, seek out both sides of the story. If someone was breaking TOS, give warnings first. If offending continues, kick them out of group. Breaking TOS is not tolerated. If no breaking the TOS is applicable, then we will work together, whether it be in the forums, on a chat or any other method possible, to work out a solution that works with everyone as well as with the rest of the group. It's important that everyone maintain a sense of respect with each other.
If the conflict is that someone is acting mean/immature/selfish/etc, then I will PM them privately and discuss the matter with them. I'll remind them that everyone still loves and respects them immensely, which is why we're talking to you instead of letting it slide. If they choose to cooperate and be more of a Team Player, amazing! If they act up, then they have the option to either think about their behavior and change it, or leave the room. That choice is entirely up to them.
Are you willing to adapt according to change, either in room staff, room plot, or anything else?: I am a flexible Pinkie! I'm good with change. I bring it in, breath it, eat it for breakfast.
If you are feeling stressed or overburdened will you ask for help?: Absolutely! I'm still considered "green" as far as Ball Hosting, but I really want to take on the responsibilities. I think I'm ready for it. But of coarse, I'm going to need some help along the way.
