Quote: Mom: Oh, your sister called. She actually used her minutes, on a day that's not free, because your father's worried about you. She had a dream that his spirit came, and woke up with this real feeling that something is wrong with you. She says you can fly down for $65 and stay. Me: Huh... Last night, I had a dream that I was in a plane that crashed down into some town. Mom: Then it looks like you're not flying down. To explain a little further, the firs thing that should be known about my siblings and me, is that we get those 'freaky' dreams. The sister being talked about normally gets spirits visiting her to bring forth dreams. I get dreams that, normally when I actually remember, it's big and will come true for what it means. Last night, apparently that sister had a dream with her, my deceased father, and me in it. He looked worried, apparently, and when she woke up she had this bad feeling. She calls our place, which is strange in itself, because for months she had broken contact with us. First with the nice talk, till she came out about the dream. She became eager and the only thing she said was for me to fly down, because we have those flights that are only $69. In reply to my mom, who told me about this, I told her about a dream that I had last night. It was me, watching out of the plane window, as it takes a dive towards some town. Turbulence, warning alarms, and the usual things happened before everything crashed into the town. Naturally, as she knows about these dreams actually being more than dreams normally in the family, said right away that I wasn't flying down. Don't you just find it humorous when you and someone else have conflicting issues like that? Not dreams in particular, but when one gets a feeling and suggests something, you either get a message, feeling, or something actually happens to counter that very suggestion the other person gave.

I don't get that kind of stuff, but I do get my "cinematic moments" where things work with a timing that could only happen in the movies.
Me: *walks into the lounge, bearing chopsticks and hearing nothing* Hm...did it (my microwave noodle bowl) finish already?
Microwave: Beep beep beep!

xd Now that's amusing. Occasionally, I've had moments like that. I'm doing stuff, then all of the sudden I'll get up and arrive in the kitchen to have the microwave beep just as I get to it.

I automatically pick up on people's subconcious thoughts, so I know a lot that I'm not supposed to. For instance, I was asleep in the back seat of my dad's car as the family was driving to a ski place. We we pulling into the parking lot of the ski place (the car hadn't slowed down yet), and I sat up, before they said anything, simply because I just knew we were there.
It happens quite often.

Yeah, I think there's an actual reason for that. While driving to a certain location, the car would be full of a feeling that everyone wants to get to a certain place. So, once just about there, relief replaces the prior feeling, whether it be anticipation or anxiety. So, without having to stop, others will already get the feeling that they knew they were at the desired location without a word being said.

The only time I remember of anything at all like this is the time when I had a dream that during the cruse I went on, there'd be a fire and I'd help put it out, and during the cruise, there was a fire, I helped put it out, and I got $50 worth of arcade tokens.

It is cool. 3nodding Once I had a dream that there was some guy saving someone (I know I'm not being specific, but that's all I remember of the dream) and next ting I know, it's 5:00 AM and I hear knocking at the door. I open the door and I see the guy from my dream, asking my mother if that horse was ours (we have horses and one of them is an escape artist.) And there was Othello, grazing on the front lawn.
And another time I had a dream that my friend came back to my town from another state and visited my class in school. (her school gets out in May, mine gets out at the end of June. She used to live in my town, but moved last year.) The next day, she instant messages me, saying that she'll be coming to my town this summer and hopes that she can visit in some of my classes.

Yeah... I'm doing this thing for a friend, entering a LOT (I mean like 200) CDs onto his iTunes thing, entering the names of the songs and importing it and stuff? The CDs have all different lengths and stuff, and I'm almost done with them. And on nearly every single CD, I'll look at the computer screen to see how much longer it will take, and it's 3 or 4 seconds right before it finishes.
Also, I'll usually think about somebody calling me about 10 seconds to a minute before they call.

i carpool with this family that lives down my block... they.. aren't the most organized family in the world. usually they come at a different time everyday ranging from 7:10am to 7:30am.. yet i'll be making my breakfast and taking my time because i figure they'll be late again or something.. then suddenly get a rushed notation in my mind and quickly finish what i started and look out the window at their car- which a few seconds later turns on its lights and pulls out of the driveway.
i get this a lot, also with how i'll be reading or doing homework.. or eatting.. and suddenly just get a feeling i should look outside and see them just begin to pullout of their driveway, leaving me with barely enough time to get outside to catch them and get a ride to school.
othertimes of course, i'll suddenly be hearing 'HONK HONK.. HONKHONK!' from outside as the mother who carpools and her daughter fume at me not being out there exactly on time as they scream at each other... like i said.. not the most organized family...

Heh heh...I've had some pretty odd experiances with microwaves. I think I can talk to mine and this one time I think I made it mad. I was making popcorn and I put the bag in and closed the door. Suddenly, the door swings opens and smokes me in the face. I start going berzerk on the thing and I said "STUPID MICROWAVE! I HATE YOU AND I BET YOU HATE ME BACK! You'd better not burn my popcorn or else!" Then I heard my mind's voice say something like "Or else what?" But I ignored it. So I set the timer for 4 mins like I always do for this kind of popcorn and walked into the other room. In the other room I thought, I bet it's gonna burn my popcorn, I just know it. The popping stopped so I went to take it out, and it was burnt. 3nodding That, is the story of the smartallic microwave. The end.
