Personality:
[Despite his great size and strength, Tennou is a relatively quiet person and lets his brother speak for him. When Tennou does speak, it is usually in sentence fragments, displaying his fear of public speaking. For the most part, he speaks with his hammer. Tennou is quite mild and while he enjoys the sport of bloodletting, he doesn't display his full strength unless angered. For all his bloodthirst however, he seems to retain some honor as he refuses to kill children – a rule established between him and his brother. He enjoys killing, but finds a certain displeasure in executing the weak. What he truly savors is a battle that stretches his limits.]
[Being slightly smaller and thinner, Kenkyaku is physically weaker than his brother, but makes up for this with an excessive bloodlust. For the brothers, Kenkyaku does much of the talking in place of his elder brother, making him seem a bit talkative. Compared to his brother, Kenkyaku is much more violent in his kills and possibly more insane. This likely comes from the time when Kenkyaku was bullied in school, leading to his homicidal tendencies. However, due to a pact with his brother, Kenkyaku won't injure children. Morally, he has no issues with the slaughter of innocents, even children, but he has great respect for his brother and maintains his brother as his only friend and ally. Kenkyaku greatly enjoys competing with his brother over who has the most kills.]

[In its released form, Mjolnir transmogrifies into a double-faced warhammer that glistens black with skull designs on both faces. It is near-constantly crackling with electricity, which seems to create electric interference in the air and static.]

Abilities:
[In standard swings, the warhammer releases a short burst of electricity. When the hammer is brought down for impact, it releases a shockwave of high voltage electricity within a five meter radius around the user. Heavy strike impacts create a stronger current of electricity and bring down bolts of lightning from the sky that strike within the shockwave zone.]
[In weak swings, the blade emits high temperatures that can melt most minerals and even steel within a short range. Heavy swings release a wave of intense flames that can lash out seven meters, accompanied by high temperatures that span out ten meters. Swift attacks with the blade can release a pure white flame ten meters directly in front of the blade, increasing its overall length during these strikes.]

•[Abyssal Crashdown] - charges with visible reiatsu pouring from his body. Moves quickly over an area with a white flame extending his range. The attack leaves large pools of hot magma across the area.

Background History: Tennou and Kenkyaku were always close, ever since childhood. In kindergarten they were practically loners as they were both bigger than the other children. It wasn't until middle school that they began to get into trouble. After being bullied during elementary, they began to get into fights more and more regularly. Eventually they became the strongest in their school, but that changed in highschool where they got into confrontations with the seniors. In hand to hand, they were unrivaled, but their opponents began using numbers and lead pipes to fight them. Every day for a long time they were attacked on their way to and from school and during school hours they were locked in a war with the juniors and seniors. After surviving two weeks of torment, they finally struck back. The brothers attacked six seniors, beating each of them to the brink of death. Two of their victims never regained the ability to walk and the brothers were expelled from school. Five days later, the brothers returned and massacred the students with machetes and pipes. Locking the doors to the school, the brothers stalked throughout the building and beat or slashed their former classmates. Seventeen students were killed during the massacre and another thirty-four were severely injured. In the aftermath, the brothers were arrested. The families of the victims cursed the brothers and after details of the massacre were released on television, the media began calling them the “zombie brothers”. The name was inspired by their strange movements displayed on video cameras during the massacre, resulting in the public calling them zombie murderers.
The brothers were placed on death row for five years before their eventual escape from prison. Upon escaping, they turned to the art of killing as their passion, inspired by the sense of power they had during the massacre. Over time the zombie brothers became famous through the media for their brutal murders. Victims were often found with their heads crushed and their internal organs removed while hanging upside down from electric poles and trees. Their favorite hunting spot became the Aokigahara forest, which was already famous as a suicide location and soon after became their own territory. It was nearly a year after their escape from prison that the brothers encountered a hollow in the forest. Their lives were saved by a passing shinigami who suffered severe wounds fighting the hollow. The brothers, in shock and awe, questioned the shinigami and eventually tortured and killed him. During their interrogation they learned a bit about both shinigami and hollows. The brothers ceased their killings for three months after the incident, during which they discovered powers surfacing within them. It was Kenkyaku who first suggested the idea of hunting shinigami and hollows for sport, to which Tennou agreed eagerly. Both had killed many humans, but the prospect of killing such otherworldly beings appeased them even more. So began their ten year bloodletting, during which they grew in power and reputation, eventually becoming noted by even Soul Society and labeled as Shinigami Hunters. This game of murder became a competition between the brothers, with each trying to outdo the other in terms of total kills.
