Just for future reference, this really should go in the Profile Rating subforum sweatdrop
I love it! I loved your old one, too, though. The colors were gorgeous on it. But this one is... wow, very impressive. The banner at the top is extremely well done. The coding is well put together. The background is complex (ie, not just a flat color), but isn't distracting. The drawn faces really add a personal touch. It's fantastic. There's really nothing I can tell you to improve or change.

I'll be moving this to the rating forum... ^^;
Anyways... I don't have much time to look at it right now, but it's nice; it's pretty original.
There's a few things that I see that could be fixed, though:
In some of the bubbles (like details and wishlist), the contents are up over the words that you have on the bubbles. Get what I'm saying? As in, they're too far up inside the space provided for them.
The footer really sticks out, as do the links at the bottom.
Otherwise, pretty nice concept; I might have picked a different background, though.

I like this layout everything fits well and it looks good.
The background really doesn't match the layout to well though.
