Here is where the Second Squad can come to practice their abilities without restraint, as your captain has called in a favor of the, Kido Corp, having them place up an invisible barrier that only blocks, out and incoming, hostile intents, while still allowing people to get in and out, without denying any form of access.

Kaida took a few deep breaths and closed her eyes. She had been unable to find her captain so she slid a note under her door for the request to go with Caius to the world of the living at the end of the week. After that she decided that it was a good time to resolve the argument she had with her zanpakutō spirit earlier at the restaurant.
The training grounds were empty except for her and that made Kaida happy, seeing as she didn’t have to worry about other recruits getting caught up in the fight that was bound to take place. She reestablished the link with Kagehebi before forcing him to materialize before her. For once his expression was unreadable and she hated that.
“You had no right to bring Ryota up.” Her voice was cold and she forced herself to push away the pain that came with the mentioning of her brother.
“I am sorry I upset you Kaida, but it is high time you faced the pain instead of drowning it in booze and casual s-” The strike came from nowhere, the male spirit was pushed back several yards as his wielder attacked him head on.
“I told you not to talk about him.” The fight began with the unspoken agreement that if Kaida won, Kagehebi would quit bringing up her brother and if the spirit won, Kaida would face her feelings.

With short quick steps, Kawashii, made her way to the doors of the training room, where she knew her Lieutenant to be. She made her foot steps heavy, so that she wouldn't surprise, Kaida, since her reiatsu was unable to reveal itself to anyone. Growing accustomed to over the short years of her time as a Shinigami, she had wanted to keep her workings around the Seireitei well known, so she opted to address anyone who didn't acknowledge her in passing. In quiet areas, she would only allow herself to be heard, without unnecessary vocalization. As she slid the door open to the training hall, she announced herself with, "Ohaio, Fukushima Fuku-Taicho."Taking a step inside, she slid the door shut, wondering if she may be intruding on anything important. Her eyes would dart back and forth, from her Lieutenant, to the manifestation of her zanpakuto. It seemed like they were in the middle of something, so she didn't take any further steps, until she was ackowledged.

Hearing her captain’s voice prompted Kaida to finish her training session with Kagehebi. The spirit lunged at her, tackling her to the ground. After a few seconds of struggling Kaida had her manifested zanpakutō spirit pinned beneath her with her blade at his throat.
“I submit.” In a burst of purple smoke Kagehebi disappeared, leaving Kaida sitting on the floor, breathing heavily and fighting back tears. Her left hand stung and with a quick look she noticed that her battle companion had managed to slice open her palm. The blood flowing from the wound trickled down to the inside of her wrist where the name Ryota was tattooed in an elegant script. ‘You may have beat me, my little dragon, but I know you realize that one day you will have to face your pain.’
Kaida resisted the urge to scream and instead closed her eyes, balled her left hand into a fist and forced herself to regain her composure. Getting to her feet she approached her captain with a smile. “Ohaio, Zenryoku-Taichō.” She sheathed her blade before stopping in front of the other woman and bowing slightly. “How are you feeling?”

As, Kaida, finished up her session, Kawashii, waited patiently. The note she held in her hand made her think that she may need a break, and might think of doing some partying in the wold of the living. Not really taking to that type of thing herself, she needed to have friends around her, to be able to enjoy herself in a gathering. As she was approached by her second, she responded with a bow, as she said, "I am doing great. I have come to acknowledge your request. Was it meant to be for leave, or do you have business there?"Maintaining a bit of a stoic expression, she only allowed a slight smile to reveal on her lips. This maintaining of professionalism showed that she was mainly here for business, though she didn't have much else to do for the day, other than little checkups on the posts.

“It would be classified as personal time. There has been a development in an old missing person’s case that affects a good friend of mine and I’d like to be there to support him whatever the outcome may be. Of course I’ll be on the alert for any hollow threats and deal with them as necessary but hollow activity has been minimal so I’m not expecting there to be a need for my combat skills.” She moved to one of the first aid kits hanging from the nearest wall and pulled out some gauze and a bandage to wrap her hand with. “I’m also a little overdue for a shopping spree.” Kaida couldn’t help but chuckle.
Kaida didn’t quite understand why but she always felt nervous about taking time off. It wasn’t that she thought her captain couldn’t handle a week without her second in command, but the redhead did worry about her superior officer and was aware of how chaotic things could get. “I’ll just be in Karakura and I’ll keep my soul pager on at all times so you can reach me if you need me to return for whatever reason.”

Kawashii, only followed her with her eyes, as she responded with, "I understand. The paperwork will be filled out and ready, by the time you make it out of the Senkaimon."Turning her head, to see her second placing the gauze over her hands, she began to think of the times when she was around that level. It felt like such a short time, she seemed to recall only a few brief missions from that time. "I do have a request though," she started in again, as her body followed her head. "If you happen to come across any purple silk and black lace, I would love to start on my new outfit ideas for my gigai."

It took Caius a while to find out where Kaida was, He had gone to check the bars first, since she tended to be there a lot. But since she wasnt there he decided to check her Captains office. She wasnt there either. It wasnt until he ran into a Member from her squad and asked about her did he find out she was in the training hall. Caius walked slowly down the hall to the Squad training hall. He sent out a small pulse of reiatsu so he could sense who was with Kaida, if anyone. When he got the pulse back he wasnt surprised that it was only two people. Kaida herself, and her Captain. Caius knocked on the doors that lead into the training hall and opened them slowly. "Sorry for my intrusion" he bowed. "Captain Zenryoku, Lieutenant Sukashima" he then looked up. When he bowed they would easily notice the blackening in Caius hair due to the burns he had received. Caius walked slowly over to Kaida. He chuckled slightly as he rubbed the back of his head. "I thought I would apologize for leaving you with that Check..." he said, blushing slightly. "I totally forgot about it while i was in the moment, To repay you, Ive decided to take you shopping when....er.....well If we go to the World of the Living." Caius blushed and then looked to Captain Zenryoku. "If that is ok with you of course, Letting Sukashima come with me to the world of the living for a while." he asked.

Kaida’s smile turned into a mischievous grin when her captain asked about purple silk and black lace. “I’m sure I’ll be able to find a few things that you’ll like.” Her eyes turned to Caius when he walked in and she rolled her eyes when he apologized for leaving her with the check. “Once again Captain, thank you so much for letting me do this.” She bowed respectfully before turning to Caius.
“Well, it looks like we’re ready to go! As for the check…I know exactly how you’re going to repay me!” There were a list of stores she planned on hitting up for new underwear and she planned on traipsing her friend through every last one of them, if they had enough time. ‘That and drinks are on him…’ Reaching up to tug on a bit of Caius' hair she pouted. "Maybe you should shower first...you smell like ash..."

With the scent of burnt hair in the air, Kawashii, pondered to herself, about what would be causing the stench. The reiatsu masked in the smell was overly familiar, since she had found her Lieutenant around him so much. She had to wonder why he hadn't cleaned up, before making his way down here. The smell felt like it was going to linger in the room. "Fuku-Taicho Raizo," Kawashii, started off, sounding annoyed by his presence. "I wold love to pronounce it as an honor to see you, but I see too much of you, as it is." Keeping her pleasantries to a minimum, Kawashii, made her way to the door, saying, "Paperwork paperwork. Oh, and don't forget the lace and silk. Raizo, I also expect you to clean your remnance off of my training hall."Though she was serious about her words, she found that wording it harshly was better than leaving him ignored, since he seemed to be around too often to just treat him with silnce. She also thought it to up Kaida's morale when putting him in his place.Not bothering to close the door behind her, she felt that it should be cleaned of the sut, before it was to be touched again.

Caius sighed when they both commented on his stench. He lifted his right arm into the air and sniffed his under arm. "I'm not that bad... I showered before coming here..." He said and then bowed to Kawashii. "I'll make sure someone from the first comes and cleans your training hall." Caius laughed slightly and rubbed the back of his head. "Blame Yoso for me smelling like ash...." He said as the spirit materialized beside him and glared at him. "It is not my fault... You told me to go all out so I did... Its your fault for not dodging the blasts." She said. Caius glared back at her and then sighed. His gaze left Yoso and went to Kaida. "I guess I'll let you go pick up some of your things? I just have to give a letter to the Captain Commander."

Kaida shot Yoso a grin. “Caius, don’t blame Yoso just because you’re getting slow in your old age. I’ll meet you at the entrance to the first division in twenty minutes. That should be plenty of time shouldn’t it?” The redhead only needed to find that bag of hers before tossing enough stuff in it to last a couple days. She’d snag some new outfits in the World of the Living and then just use those after whatever she’d packed had gotten dirty. “Then we can head off and get the party started, yeah?” She smiled brightly.
