This thread is for non-player characters or "extras" that play crucial parts in the city, although are not considered main characters. Such may include an employ at an establishment, a police officer, or even a political figure. Here we will list two types of NPC's, Public, and Restricted.
A Public NPC is one that any body can play. An example of this might be an old scruffy bar tender that works in a pub thread. Although whoever created the pub thread and the bar tender has ultimate control over him, they may choose to allow anyone to use him so as to get service without the creator having to be online.
A Restricted NPC is one that only the creator and those he has given permission may control. An example of this may be a main character's family member with a distinct personality that heavily affects the creators storyline.
To get your created NPC on the list contacted myself or another crew member with a profile skeleton of the NPC and state if you would like it to be public or restricted.

Public NPC List
Name: Destiny girl/Fire Crotch/other generic stripper names
Age: no older than 30
Occupation: Stripper or go-go dancer at Demonix
Race: Human
Powers: looking sexy, bein' supa sluts
Appearance: Whatever your character desires
Bio: The generic strippers or dancers that work at the club. Go-go dancers are female only and work in Hellfire, male strippers work in the Carnal Pit while female work in Sin City. These ones are just generic humans. Feel free to lure them home and eat them or whatnot if you're a demon. Don't bother questioning them about their boss, the man who hires them and gives them their orders is just a front.
Name: Gregor, Derrik, & Stephanie
Age: 24, 28, 23
Occupation: Bartenders at Hellfire
Race: Human, Human, Human
Powers: Can mix a mean drink and make a show of it. Lots of bottles flying through the air and flips.
Appearance: Gregor stands at 5'9 is light skinned with light aquamarine eyes and short black hair. Derrik is 5'11 and seems to always be tan no matter the time of the year. He looks like the typical surfer boy from California with long blonde hair and bright blue eyes, and he's broken a couple hearts with his charming smile. Stephanie is 5'6'' with brunette hair a light scattering of freckles to dust her delicate nose. She has petite, feminine features but she's a tough girl and readily deals with rowdy patrons.
Bio: The three manage the clubs various bars at the dance club. Stephanie and Gregor manage the main bar and Derrik the smaller one in the sitting area. All three are quite the flirts, knowing it brings in extra tips, but don't fall too hard for Derrik ladies, he bats for the other team.Name: Shiro Nakamora
Age: 20
Occupation: Head chef at Doctor Jin's Remedy
Race: Human
Powers: Making damn good food
Appearance: Shiro is relatively short and slender, he has silver blonde hair and pale skin. He is missing his left eye and his right eye is violet. He has a scar that extends from his left eye to the corner of his mouth on the left side. How he got such an injury he won's say.
Bio: Shiro lives in the city with his younger sister Saiyuki, they had moved over to the city from Japan about three years ago. Shiro is very cheerful and optimistic but also grounded. He feels that he and his sister owe a lot to Ryuu because he was the one to take them in when they first moved to to the city. Shiro very rarely talks about his past in Japan and how he got the injury that took his eye and scarred his face.
Name: Saiyuki Nakamora
Age: 16
Race:Human
Occupation: Server at Doctor Jin's Remedy
Powers: Extraordinary sweet and very good at making people days better
Appearance: Saiyuki has long black hair that is usually tied up in some sort of intricate up-do or style. She had the same striking violet eye as her brother. She is a very beautiful young lady which can get her into trouble. She is petit no taller tha 5'3" and of a slender build.
Bio: Saiyuki came with her brother to the City of NIght after a certain incident drove tham from their home. She works at the tea house to pay Ryuu back for al the kindness he had shown her and her brother. She and her brother are very close to eachother and value family above all else.

Name: Lisa Halloway
Age: 27
Race: Were-panther
Occupation: Receptionist at the City of Night Hotel
Appearance: Lisa is fairly tall for a female, standing at around 5'9" she is leanly built though often wears clothing that hide that fact. Her eyes are an amber brown and he skin is golden tanned, even more so in the summer.
Bio: Lisa grew up in a small town in Louisanna in a normal family setting. That is until the night she discovered she was a were-panther, she was 15 years old at the time and getting intimate with her boyfriend at the time. The first transformation happened under the full mon and she was unable to control her feral instincts and killed her boyfriend, as she as she regained control she fled her home town and had been travelling until she discovered the City of Night.

Age: Unknown, said to be the oldest demon to be in existance
Race: Demon
Powers Mind control/influence, telepathy, telekenesis, power over dark and light, summoning fourth fire and brim stone. If it is traditionally demon-y he can probably do it.
Occupation: Owns a large portion of the major businesses in the city
Appearance: He takes the appearance of and Chinese business-man, he is unassuming in appearance and blends in with the populace. Any other forms are currently unknown
Bio: Desire is an extremely powerful and ancient demon, in some circle he is actually believed to be Lucifer. Though for being such a powerful demon he does not seem to be interested in human domination or destruction. Of late he seems to more active and make no mistake, all though his objectives are unknowable they are certainly up to no good.
Note: This character acts as my godmode character if need be.
