Although initially he wanted to find a dorm as the first step towards getting himself settled into his new surroundings, Itaku couldn't help himself as his stomach loudly complained to him. The trip here had been long and continuous, having no time to stop and eat. Now that there was a chance to silence his forever growing hunger, he took it in a heartbeat. "Well, at least I've found one important place already." Itaku thought as he entered one of the cafeteria rooms, his suitcase rolling on the floor beside him. The place seemed empty, leaving him just a little bit disappointed, but he took a seat at one of the tables anyway. When Ita first started getting ready to join the Academy, his first thoughts were about all the potential friends he'd be able to meet. What race they were, what powers they had, what they planned on doing in the future, it all just seemed so interesting to him. "Easy now, don't want to scare people off by asking too many questions." He said to himself. He chuckled lightly at the thought that talking out loud to himself would probably scare people off more as he took out a small paper bag from his suitcase. Retrieving a sandwich and a bottle of water, he began to eat, letting out a small sigh of relief now that his hunger was being satisfied.
