Clayton tried to reply with his mouth full but he instead chocked a little. He took a moment to swallow his food then took a drink of his water to make sure it went down smoothly. Taking in a breath of air he realized he was perfectly fine. "Well I didn't exactly have much of a choice to come here. It was either I learn here or home schooling...." He had a brief thought of one of his clansmen. A grisly looking man in a black hooded cloak with one pure red eye. Shaking his head the thought vanished and he looked straight at Ann. "Still I'm glad to be here don't get me wrong. What about you though, why did you decide to come here?" He asked tilting his head to the side a little.

Clayton took another bite of his chicken while he listened. This time he managed to swallow it not to have what occurred last time. He answer was a little iffy to him. There might of been more to the story. However he didn't dare to ask if she didn't want to explain. "A good place to stumble upon. You must be pretty lucky then. Does this luck somehow rub off onto nearby people?" He asked a bit jokingly. Reaching for another strip he hand came up empty handed. It seemed he had eaten all of them pretty quickly without realizing it. So instead he began working on this fries gulping them down two at a time.

Clayton managed to laugh at the remark. "Yeah maybe your right about that." He said giving Ann a small smile. Before he knew it he had finished his meal. The last think left was his water which was mostly full. He picked it up chugged it rather quickly. Slamming the cup on the table he felt satisfied with the food. "I will have to come back here again." He said to himself. Looking over at her plate it seemed that she barely ate any of her food. He didn't realize that he ate all his in that short amount of time. "So we will have to do something else else together some other time." He said not minding her company one bit.

Clayton stood up from his seat as Ann put her leftover food into a bag. "Your heading to the dorms then? Well I need to head back to my dorm so I guess then we can go over there together if you want." He did have class pretty early tomorrow so he wanted to get plenty of rest. Usually it took him awhile to get to sleep so the sooner he was back into the dorms the better. Walking over to the door he held it open for Ann. Once she was through he exited out behind her.
