So I totally have an entire class where part of the year is playing on 2nd life.
The course is kinda experimenting with different persona's on the internet ecetera. Though It's more about how technology can't really be extracted from ourselves and how that has an impact on society.

Is that a game you have to pay for? I wonder how big the dl is. I've tried out IMVU out of curiousity but I thought 2nd life was pay to play.

cool4 somewhat. Seems to be a route it's going. "It's my Ipad, get your own" Do you meet up with friends on second life? Some of the places have way too many objects and just lags the hell out of my fps. I'm a little scared to play again. There were some really clean maps though.

I bet you'll be harassing people. smile Well I can tell you that its not that big of a download, but when you join worlds and stuff you have to download all of the info in that world..... Yep. I think? Idk. That what it seems like.
