Description:You may need to see the References for a lot of this but I'll try to give as much information as possible.
Base color is that of a flesh tone, just any flesh tone as long as its not really dark or really light. I guess he's always been a little tan if anything as my OC but he's definitely not super dark or light. I'm not too picky on this color so whichever really looks good will be fine.
Markings are that he has tribal war paint. In rp he is an Assassin sort of like what you would find on Assassin's Creed games and he ended up with these Indian characters for a long time and learned their ways so in war he gears up in war paint. Colors are mostly white and black but there may be some smeared reds and blues if you wish. I added some references of Indian war paint but the reference sketch I made of him that has his markings in blue are what his general marking shape should look like. Especially with his face and the hand print/paw print which I moved on the pet ref to be in a different area than his chest so its visible.
Eyes are demonic slits that glow red.
Collar is black with chopstick glowing red. Beads are silver.
Two silver hoop earrings should be on each ear but I think only one ear is visible on this base so you only have to worry about one ear.
Horns should be black, come up off the head and then curve inward (see sketch and noodle refs)
Wings are black along the top with three spikes. Interior is Maltese Tiger colored for the dragon he killed and took them from and they should be ripped along the bottom and with a few holes. They are actually a part of his armor instead of his body XD
Hair is black with a blue sheen (basically means it shines blue in the light). It's long and pulled up with a tie that has two glowing blue crystals stuck in it. He also has a glowing blue bead with a brown and white feather further down his hair.
Front Leg closest to you should be covered in bandages that go from his shoulder down to his toes and his front leg furthest should be his gauntlet that holds his hidden knife which is well hidden XD
Back Legs both have a sort of flowing ripped black material that would usually also be on his sword that he doesn't have in pet form.
All Armor is black and silver and he should have blood dripping from him since this is his battle gear and he would be killing people while in this attire lol

Black hair with blue sheen (if you can't do this, that is fine. I haven't found someone that can yet that doesn't make it look bright blue. I'd rather it look black than blue. XD )

Original Character: This is my OC I created. I made his Refs too other than I got the Neutral base from you all ^^ I just colored and shaded it real fast in an hour or so XD

Total Cost: 650k-1mil+ (however much it would cost. I would pay it. Him and Kail are my favorite OCs but they are hard to get anywhere because of the armor. )
