Yesterday i just read up that they put 50% Mercury in our fillings in the US!! I dont know who all is aware of this but id like to warn people about the dangers! I wish i could get mine out right now but unfortunately i cant afford it hopefully i can get them out this year.
But not to fear there is mercury free dentistry!

I had a dentist go to town on my teeth a few years back. I'm not sure if it was needed, but he put the amalgam fillings in pretty much all my molars. I didn't think to ask what he was doing. Yeah, kicking myself now, but it is what it is.
Having them removed releases a lot of mercury vapors, so you need to ensure your dentist knows what he is doing and has the proper equipment.
Myself, I figure I can't get them out at the moment so I'm not going to stress about it. I'm sure the constant stress of worrying about your fillings can be just as harmful as the fillings themselves.
I hope you're able to find a way to get your fillings out. heart

I understand not asking about it or thinking about asking because you trust your in safe hands at the dentist and you trust that rules and regulations will be helpful for humans but sadly reading so much i dont have faith in that anymore which is sad really. I wish the united states had more rules and regulations to protect us and let us be aware of what they are doing and let us choose as well.
But yeah the stress of worrying about it could be just as harmful im trying not to think about it myself because it is scarey! My fiance think its un necessary to worry about it because the mercury is bonded to the other metal but i dont really think he knows much of what he is talking about.
But yeah i plan on getting them out and going to a mercury free dentist in the future! I hope you can as well maybe even just a little at a time! And yes it is dangerous to get it out but theres a video about doing it safely you can also show your dentist so you and him can be safe.
