So hello people.

I have a Kindle now

Its nice

Books are heavy

I have run out of shelving space

Sometimes I sit with my phone on my boob so I can tell when it goes off

I have wine in the fridge and ice cream in the freezer

Canni also had another argument with her boyfriend yesterday because he won't get his finger out his a** and find a new job even though he's constantly bitching about the one he has, who won't give him a full time position so he has a load of FREE TIME where he just sleeps and mopes and doesn't think to spend any time with his girlfriend of over four and a half years. And Canni is in a bad mood and wants cake and alcohol and take-out.

As long as your all-in-one book doesn't run out of juice at the worst scenarios: nice!
And as long as you won't depend on your books in laboratory environments, where electronic devices are at a greater risk of blowing up. User Image

We're given sheets as well, but we need to provide the paper ourselves. User Image

Lucky you.
We'd lose the marks for the laboratory for being unprepared if we can't provide the paper ourselves. Demanding get us nowhere when it come to paper, as we get some n number of sheets of paper each semester for printing for free. User Image

We have to pay to print things. So we're allowed to demand

And she thinks the solution is...

I don't do science, so this discussion is meaningless for me.

However, on the subject of books, I would get a Kindle only so I could put all my role-playing books on it. Actual reading books would remain physical objects. Kindle's are great for quickly looking something up in a large selection, but I'd rather have a physical copy to actually do leisure reading, even if it does mean my shelves overflow.

Here's a small doze of science for you:
E/m = F*d/m = (m*d/t^2)*d/m = d^2/t^2 = v^2
Thus:
E/m = v^2 <=> E=mv^2

Basically: The energy behind a physical attack is the product of the mass times velocity squared. User Image

Makes sense.

Still don't do science.

EDIT: Except when I'm in the kitchen.

If you've got them in pdf format don't bother. The kindle isn't great with pdfs
