For most of my youth, I went without any particular favorite when it came to the characters from the Mario franchise. I have a fondness for Bowser and Yoshi, and Peach has my respect for going from typical princess-in-distress to a girl who can fight, play, and kick arse with the best of them. And of course, Mario got points because, admittedly, he's pretty epic (not to mention having the natural charisma of a main character.) But in general, I had no one character that I loved above all others. Until I saw this video.
Luigi Like a Boss
Now, I always felt bad for Luigi, being treated like a loser by fans and fellow characters alike. But I never gave him much thought beyond that, until I saw this video. Now Luigi has my undying favoritism, simply because he has proved my theory that he's much cooler and more talented than he's ever gotten credit for. After all, it takes talent to win constantly by doing literally NOTHING. Way to show 'em who's boss, Luigi. emotion_kirakira

I am so jumping on the Luigi love train! <3 I have always been more attached to him then Mario but it took me a while to realize that I do like him more. It was his cute little mansion adventure that got me. Now in Mario games it is down to him or DK because I like Gorillas ^.^

I am so jumping on the Luigi love train! <3 I have always been more attached to him then Mario but it took me a while to realize that I do like him more. It was his cute little mansion adventure that got me. Now in Mario games it is down to him or DK because I like Gorillas ^.^

Luigi is one of those characters who doesn't get nearly as much credit as he deserves. I'm tempted to start a cause directed entirely toward supporting Luigi and getting him more love. Maybe I'll make a Luigi guild...

On a side note, I LOVE your Mew Ichigo cosplay. It's the best I've seen in all the years I've been on Gaia.

i was a pretty big luigi fan once, but I my favorites are now between Toadette, Geno, and Rosalina (I like to think of Geno as Nintendo more, its more fitting) but I also like Peach and Bowser Jr. smile

One thing I love about Peach is her transformation from typical damsel-in-distress to a kickass princess who can play with the best of 'em all. She's turned into quite the badass. heart

I'll agree to that, they need to do more with Luigi. He shouldn't be overlooked as much as he has.
