Atticus would completely ignore Shira's statement, "I will be on my own for a while. So don't try to reach me, I won't answer you." he said as he stopped and looked back at Eric, "What makes it look bad?" he asked as he walked over and helped Eric to his feet. Placing Eric's arm around his shoulder, Atticus would allow for him to use him as a support so that he could walk, "I'm sure, Harold will tell you everything."

Never again...

"Ow ow," said Eric as Michi pinched his cheeks. "I'm real okay?" He laughed when he heard her mention Harold. "Yeah, you've definitely met him then," he said when she mentioned he was a p***k. He turned at Atticus's comment. "Missing arm for one thing," Eric said to Atticus. "What happened to it? ...Or do I want to know?" He limped along with Atticus and looked over at Michi. "How do I explain this without going into a long story or leaving out important details...?" He asked out loud. He remembered that Atticus was the only one of the three that had heard his explanation yet.

"I hate explaining this," he admitted. "But I'm not real. At least, not in the sense that I was born or existed on my own. Harold....is the real Eric. You see, Eric was raised as a gladiator slave down in the South Eastern territories. That means he was forced to kill people for a living. And forced to eat human souls. He was one of the best gladiators. But....after eating so many human souls...well...he turned into a kishin egg. Like you saw."

He paused, taking a breath. "That only made him all the more popular in the arenas. Until one day the EWMA showed up. You know? The school that closed down a while back? Like the DWMA except they sealed kishin egg souls instead of killing them. Well they got Eric and sealed his soul into a human body. Not another human body I mean. They transformed him back into the human he was before. Except of course they couldn't leave him in control of his own body, being as umm....socially maladjusted as he is."

He shook his head. "Not to mention, I'm not sure the EWMA fully understood what they were doing. When they sealed Eric they created a new personality; me. I'm....who Harold would have been if he had had a normal life. A dream of who he...should be. Harold stayed sealed within me for a while, but the seal broke and he got free. He caused a bit of havoc, for Atticus and a witch named Charlotte. But they managed to defeat him and he and I managed to...come to an understanding." He closed his eyes and winced as Atticus helped him walk. "He comes out sometimes, especially when things get nasty. He's a lot stronger than me but he...has his drawbacks. Sorry, I went for long story there didn't I?"

As they exited the warehouse he saw the ruins of the plaza and groaned. "Ah man, just tell me what happened. Let me have it," he said.
