So, um.
I want to start RPing, but I don't know how I should do my character profiles or post styles.
Anyone have any suggestions?

That question all depends on if you want to start RPing or your want to start a RP.
If you want to start RPing then you just have to find one that you are interested in. Those that are already starting will have a skeleton for you to do your profile. The profiles are just a basic/general idea so you don't have to over-think them you can flesh out your character during the RP.
If you are starting one then the profiles should be something simple.
User Name
Character Name
Age
Sex
Race
Looks: (description or picture)
Personality:
Bio:
Depending upon the RP other things might be needed. Such as powers or element and so on.
