Personality:
Ryuu is a persona worn by Ankoku to 'hide' his identity that he is a Gym Leader outside of Team Liberta and commands the Inner Sanctum's Team Akuma with an Iron Fist making sure his grunts follow every command to the DOT. Ryuu is not someone that should be toyed around with if he says jump the Grunts better say "how high sir!" or his ghosts will get the best of them

History:
The reason Ryuu or Ankoku had taken the position as Commander because the previous Leader of Liberta had seen the same ideas as him as he doesnt own his pokemon they are his friends and he sees them as such and treats them higher then himself

Ryuu is the Temporary Leader of Liberta in the absents of a present Leader and he does his best to take control of what it is he needs to do. As the Leader though he expects everyone to follow his rules even if he is still a Commander of Team Akuma he expects everyone to listen to everything it is he has to say or his Ghosts well get to have some fun

Personality: Serah is very serious by nature and is often times seen over-estimating people and ideas in the hopes that she might strike a nerve with someone. She likes to taunt people if that means getting herself farther and she had no problem back-stabbing for the sake of her goals.

History: Serah has always been against watching people battle with Pokémon because she felt guilt for the losing Pokémon. To her, it wasn’t fair that a Pokémon had to exert themselves against their own will. Of course, it was because of this reason that Serah joined the Liberta team. She wants to free Pokémon held in captivity and the only way to do that it seems is by force. Her mother and father didn’t agree with what she wanted to do, so she simply packed up and vanished one night from her home and never looked back.

Personality:
An energetic man with a heart ten younger than him. Meeting him you can easily get lost in his friendly nature. (Unless your part of Team Cattivita) He strongly believes in Liberta's plan to free pokemon from trainers.

History: Olivier grew up in the city of Ever Grande where people and pokemon lived happily together, visited by travelers from far and wide every day. When Olivier went on his own adventure though he saw a much harsher reality. Many trainers would grow angry with their partner and abuse or abandon them. Olivier became the 'hero' for them just like the 'heroes' he saw as a child, he attack abusers and adopt abandon pokemon. In fact all the pokemon he travels with have been abused and left for dead by a trainer. Olivier tells his pokemon that he is not their trainer but instead they are his teachers.
After getting second place in the Heonn Region League Tournament, he traveled to
Coria in hopes to find different people. Though definitely fewer their are still people who would abuse their pokemon friends. Growing more and more weary Olivier eventually found the leader of Liberta whose ambitions matched his own. Olivier battle the leader to prove his worthiness to join and, though he lost, he satisfied the terms and was made a Commander of Team Liberta.
