Planning on starting a GoT role playing guild once I get the gold. Until then does anyone have any suggestions on how to do it well?

Sorry to keep putting this up but my guild 7 Kingdoms a SoI&F RPG only has three people right now and I'd really like more. If you like role playing please check it out.

i think you need to put more information up on the front page. you can actually learn a lot just by looking at other guilds. you can make special announcement threads for rule and event announcements, and stickys for guild chatter and such. i think you can advertise your guild as well in one of the forums. they call it a 'recruitment' thread. a banner helps too, you can use it to set up a sig that is also a link that leads to your guild. also, spoiler alerts dude. this is a series whose fans have not all finished reading the books. i'm only on book three (although i only have about three or four chapters left). if you're friends with any guild owners you should ask them. also, you can always give specific people special privileges in your guild to help as moderators and for helping new members. owning a guild is a lot of work, and this is only the tip of the iceberg. good luck.

if you have to have read all of the books you should make sure anyone who sees the guild knows that.

War has started and we need people in certain kingdoms. Jaime Lannister(a different one) in particular as he will lead several campaigns. Also need Stormlanders as we have nobody even near that area. They recently partially do to the previous kings disdain for the Red God so you might need to be able to pull off religious fanatic. The Stormlanders conquered the Stepstones around 50 years ago so you could be a new lord from one of those islands which are less religious than the other Stormlanders. We could also use someone closer to King Brandon Stark if not someone to play him. There is also no Vale characters though for now that kingdom isn't needed though king Yohn Hardyng did make the fist move in the simultaneous rebellion plot. Even if you want to be someone not necessarily needed your still more than welcome.
