i voted no atleast twice... but i did an internship with kids last yr in texas...
it was a u learn how to swim or u die type of situation
i never wanna work with kids again

Lol there is no..gradually learning. You dive in and just do it...and you make mistakes, and you make them look intentional so noone notices, and with time you become more polished, and those mistakes dont happen as much.
