Perhaps they never managed to fix the bug where a lot of people would get stuck at the train station?

CH0Z0 You got a Solar rays ring on the train and then received (found) a random buff ring from the chest in the sewers. It's funny but... the game was actually BETTER when it first came out. No, no. Originally, you got a choice of three attack rings from the NPC whose name I can't recall (not Barry, the female one...Dani maybe?), then a choice of three healing rings, then a choice of three buff rings, each after you completed a quest. They changed it to Frank giving you solar rays later on. (yes I am rather obsessive about Gaian history how can you tell)

(I did the original original, my mule did the previous one) (though in the original original you got solar rays, mantis or dervish, then got bandage, meat or diagnose(meat#1 healing ring, amirate?), then got... improb sphere, teflon spray or knife sharpen. Not actually lurking much. Otherwise fine. As far as I know, it still sees use. It's not like everyone comments every time they use it though.

Not actually lurking much. Otherwise fine. As far as I know, it still sees use. It's not like everyone comments every time they use it though.
Actually I kind of noticed when I posted up a thread containing cute fox pics and you didn't immediately appear and squeal over them. I mean there is always the possibility you aren't into foxes any more but... pfffffffft we all know that isn't going to happen XD

I remember, I didn't realize they had gotten rid of the sewers. I guess that goes to show how long it's been since I've really played it. But I liked the sewer intro area, it was fun and a nice intro to the game and I liked being able to choose the started rings as well. I remember having a lot of fun attacking the trash cans. biggrin
