Biography: Rashir grew up not doing what most of the Inuzuka did. He did not just rely on his ninja hound, but his chakra natures as well. When he was a kid, he met his life long friend, Wulffrith, the husky ninja hound. The two were inseparable from the start and had many fun times together, but also had many tough times as well. They manage to pull through in just about every single one of them, and it put them where they are today. Through practice in both his Kekkei Genkai abilities, as well as his chakra natures of wind and lightning, he stepped up through the ranks and achieved the title "Hokage". It is now Rashir's duty to protect his village and any other that affiliate with it.

Ninjutsu:
• Wind Arrow -The user molds chakra and breathes in. He or she then blows out and an arrow made of wind is shot from the user’s mouth. The arrow cannot be blocked but it can be dodged. Since it is made out of wind the arrow is hard to see. One arrow shot at a time.
• Wind Drill - The user creates another arrow from his mouth that is fired from the mouth. This time though the arrow is in the shape of a drill, much like the arrow Kidoumaro uses in his last attack against Neji. The drill passes through stone and tree but once it hits the ground it dispels. This arrow can drill through a person.
• Wind Torpedo - The user gathers a large amount of wind into his lungs and expels it in a single blow. The wind forms a torpedo that is near invisible that launches towards the opponent. Upon contact it explodes with the force of two exploding tags.
• Wind Blade - Creates a blade of wind around the user’s arm. The sword cannot be blocked due to it being made of wind but it can be dodged. Since the wind is condensed down it does weigh down the user’s arm.
• Lightning Dragon Blast - Using this technique, the user creates a large dragon of yellow lightning energy, which they will use to cleave their enemies in half and burn them to a crisp
• Thunder Ball - The User forms a minor ball of thunder chakra in their hand throwing it at the target dealing a moderate amount of damage
• Chidori - Chidori is an advanced Raiton Technique. It includes covering your hand in a thin layer of chakra, which soon expands to cover her hand in a large ball of pure electricity. This attack can be quite deadly, and is even said to be one of the strongest Raiton techniques
• Lightning Tiger Missile - This technique is also known as delayed tiger missile by its old name. It creates a tiger made out of glimmering yellow lightning that will rush across the distance to its target and pass right through it, no matter how fast it is
• Chakra Channel - With any sort of weapon, the user can channel chakra through an object and use either chakra nature to strengthen the impact
